Great service from the staff. The store looks super clean and they have provided a quick and efficient service to me.I stopped by to get a pumpkin spice latte which I have tried for the first time. It was so good as the barista made it passionately. They were smiling at me which made me feel so comfortable.I recommend this store. Won’t disappoint.10 on 10

Great place to hide when it's too dangerous to walk around Whitechapel.The coffee was exceptional, and the staff asked for my name when I ordered. It made me feel very special. Much love to the handsome aspiring actor who took my order, I hope you'll break through one day.Kid-friendliness: There were no kids. So very friendly in that sense.

Hi ,I ordered a cappuccino not the first time ,I do asked today why my cappuccino is hot and full of a bubble foam, I was answered that the cappuccino they teach them haze to have bubbles as an bubble bath. Please Starbucks tell me from when you take 4 pounds and you don't do a mill cream but milk bubbles with a smoking hot milk , after I was answered I do not know your macchine,I did offer to show them that you can do that with the best macchine,with you have . I do wonder what is going on ,so politely he offered a refund or to fix another one ,I cannot say nothing about this . I ask if you can fix me a proper one I will take it. He tried was worse then before , not all of us we are ignorant regarding 18 grams of coffe ,X 25 seconds and 75 degrees to can be hot and still drink it ,before you break down the milk and it gets burned . You take are offering a service that for Starbucks is unexpectedly desapointing. Train your staff ,or change it if they can't make it . Because it gets frustrating for someone that haze to pay to have us coffee and have a bad one !

Honestly the most disgusting toilet I've ever seen - no toilet paper, toilet and floor covered in urine and worse, bloody toilet tissue crammed into the pipes in the corner, staff didn't seem to care at all.
