Been to quite a few curry places on Brick Lane, it’s the place to go for curry. These guys were so accommodating for a group of 8, so friendly, and the food was genuinely so bloody good. I think it’s my favourite curry place on Brick Lane. Which makes it my favourite curry place in general.So, will be back.

Someone from the staff told us about a discount outside and as soon as we entered the restaurant and ordered starters they changed the offer completely.Ambience and vibe of the place is pretty bad too. We raised a concern about particular item we ordered, they decided to completely ignore our request. After expressing our concern couple times, witnessing the behaviour of staff, cleanliness and overall vibe of the place we decided to leave. Paid our bill and on our way out the owner/manager racially profiled my family member. It’s disgusting businesses like this exist in 2023!Do not recommend this place!

Highly recommended restaurant. The service is really good as well as the food. We had meat thali and biriyani with Mango Lassi and we are really amazed by the taste. Its exactly how you find in India and probably tastier than that. The person who took the order, Mehed was really nice and taking care of us like a friend. He made sure everything was taken care of and the customers are feeling good.

Traditional Bangladesh restaurantTried the Bangladesh starters choti poti and the main course fish curry was delicious. Must try ??I don’t like the Garlic naan was over cooked it’s like papadom too much cook, not eatable at all.I came here 2nd time was impressed by the 1st time.I was their on Friday was so busy but they manage to bring our food on time.I would recommend not to go on this place on weekends the taste of the food changes accordingly.They have a good menu selection and delicious food to try on week days might be better.Recommend for week days ?

Incredible curry, great atmosphere and even better service! Ash was particularly great and made our whole evening amazing. As a huge table of 20, they were incredibly accommodating for a mass order and it was all delicious! Thank you ☺️

First experience going for a curry on brick lane and while it was enjoyable I do feel there was something missing. The food itself was pretty good and served quickly although the sauces were quite thin.It was a very fast service which made us feel we had to be done and leave extremely quickly, leading us to being out the door in under an hour.Overall, reasonably good food if not a bit expensive and rushed but that is what you get with the area I suppose.

Highly recommend Monsoon. Ash was a fantastic waiter, so helpful with our toddler and so so kind. Everyone was highly accommodating for push/high chairs, the food was fantastic and decent price! Would definitely come back. Thank you Ash and everyone at Monsoon!Vegetarian options: Loads of veg optionsKid-friendliness: So accommodating for a toddler--they sorted us a whole area upstairs with nobody else, had space for a push chair and a high chair.

The high score review made our expectations quite high.The restaurant is pleasant, it has a traditional feel to it. Staff are welcoming and friendly.The menu is quite reach, we had 3 starters, a vegetarian and a lamb main. While the dishes were good, we felt that it was missing the true authentic flavours and lack in the freshness in the starters.

We went to The Monsoon on a Sunday for lunch. We were greated and felt welcomed. We had 4 starters and 4 mains to share. The food arrived promptly. Every single item was delicious and the portions were big. Reasonable prices too and excellent service. We will surely come back soon.
