Delicious vegan dishes, the atmosphere, and the service!

We called in Friday evening without booking to be seated straight away. Staff were very friendly and ordered within 10 minutes of arrival. Food came which was absolutely amazing and really tasty. Joined the Zizzi club on there app and got a free main course! Would definitely recommend!

Last Thursday, I had dinner with friends at Zizzi. The fantastic view, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food made it a truly enjoyable evening. In particular, the Zizzi branch at St. Katherine’s Docks is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. We also had an even more enjoyable time thanks to the friendly staff, especially Mr. Saurabh. He was kind, considerate, and provided detailed explanations about the menu. Besides the great atmosphere and tasty food at Zizzi, Saurabh's friendliness added to our overall enjoyment. Thanks to him, we are creating another wonderful memory in London.

We could enjoy the meal, thanks to Mr. Saurabh’s friendly and attentive service. It seems that it is one of the rare restaurants where you can enjoy at this

The amazing manager greeted us at the door with a warm smile and showed me and my partner to our seats. Shortly after sitting down, she'd brought over the menus and explained the specials. The food, drinks and service were outstanding and I couldn't have asked for any more. The team was so welcoming and warm. We will definitely be returning and letting our friends know to make special to the restaurant. Thanks team! Especially Robert and Brian.

I honestly had one of the nicest dining experiences I’ve had in years here. The manager Justina was so attentive and friendly, I was incredibly impressed. Our waiter Bahador equally fantastic. So eager to help, polite and quick service. We came for my friends birthday and she really had a brilliant time. I often dread visiting chain restaurants but I’ll be back for sure. Food was also delicious. Really can’t recommend enough.

Great restaurant to take in the surroundings of St Katherine's Dock. A hidden gem right in the centre of London.

Very helpful lady, even changed my daughters meal for free when she decided she didn’t like it. Thank you!Although the a younger girl took my card and tapped it on the payment machine without me being able to see, how much she’d put on or answer the service charge question! Very rude, but lovely location and food.

One of my favourite restaurants chain but this time huge disappointment. We have visited this Zizzi on a Thursday afternoon around 5pm when there were a couple of other customers only yet the customer service was very poor. Food was good as usual so no comments on that. Let's start when we entered the restaurant we were waiting at the entrance for minutes to someone show up to take us to our table. While we were waiting I made eye contact with the staff but they weren't bothered to come and welcome us right away. After we sat down to our table and our drinks order has been taken we didn't get that little portion of crisps what they always give you while you waiting for your food. We were waiting to place our food order for over 10 minutes and I was already started using the QR code ordering when finally the waitress came to take our order. Food came out quick and it was nice but while we were eating no one bothered to come and see us is everything is ok or if we would order more drinks. I had to wave down to a staff member (what I hate doing) to order more drinks while the rest of the staff were having a good and loud laugh at the front desk. It felt like they can't be arsed to provide service to us because they want to have some fun. It would not be a problem as long as they provide a good customer service like in other Zizzis or any other good restaurants. I might will be back to give them an other chance but this time I left the restaurant with a very bad experience.

Lovely carbonara, not too sickly and good portionsThe half and half pizza was huge ! With a generous amount of toppingsThe service was good with a lovely view of the docks. Would recommend to sit outside.

Visited this Zizzi branch on a Saturday afternoon when the restaurant was very busy. Despite this the service was very efficient and friendly. Great location and the restaurant feels very cosy.

I’ve been coming here for years, and have always had a decent meal. However today was dreadful. I had the pork belly dish. The whole meal was dry. Even the spinach. The potatoes were oily, the pork belly had very little meat and rest of the veg tasted bland. Paying for a meal that I didn’t enjoy and didn’t finish, really left a bad taste in my mouth. If I return, I definitely won’t order this dish again.

A weekend in London and decided to eat here due to the lovely location on the dockside. Booked in advance and allocated a 90 minute time slot! The service was good but hectic as it was very busy. I ordered salmon pasta which wasn't available ( but salmon Risotto was!) So I hastily had to chose another dish thinking the pasta with meatballs would be fine.... the meatballs were basically mush and looked like dog food had been stirred through the pasta. My husbands "special" pizza was a huge base with a minute amount of topping. The final insult is they automatically added a 10% charge to the bill without pointing it out or asking if everything was OK. WONT BE GOING BACK!

It has been many years since our last visit, this is still a special place to go, the outside seating is a great place to eat - the food and service were great - the place always seems busy so either book or just take your chance at the door

So impressed with the truffle carbonara. The serving and price was decent for London these days.Lots of people on other tables were eating pizza. They looked pretty good.It was a balmy evening and we sat outside. St Katherine's Dock is awesome and I always forget how much I enjoy going there. We were there after 9pm and it can be hard finding kitchens that are still open. It is a large restaurant with an upstairs area too. So if you need a last minute place to go, at least you are likely to get a table. The service was fantastic and I would definitely come back.
