The thing I don't like about this place is that by 4.30 pm they close the main room, which is the bigger and more spacious one. So, if you're planning to come here to do some work or studies, don't do it late in the afternoon.

The staff were really bad. The atmosphere was awful and the food was ok. We waited 10 minutes just to order a frap and it was a meh.

unfortunately the coffee machine was dirty as were the various milk jugs used to make cappuccino and chocolate. furthermore the lady who prepared the coffees let her friends move on, serving them first, without showing respect for whoever was before and maybe he was in a hurry to go to the station to catch a train.

Ordered mango Berry tea x 2 today Service not great. The staff seemed unsure what they were doing. Very little ice it just tasted like a squash with tepid water for 4 quid. Had the same drink at the Wembley branch. It was fantastic

I ordered a mozzarella and tomato panini alongside a chocolate muffin. had to remind them to give me my muffin multiple times- outrageous. Also, I went to the bathroom just to wash my hands and as soon as I opened the door, I was attacked by the stench immediately. I felt dirtier after entering the toilet than i did before. Additionally, the sink did not work and i struggled too. The workers gave us a side eye, very rude and would sigh every time we ordered, really bad customer service.

Ant infestation inside this store. Absolutely disgusting. Alerted the male member of staff behind the counter who said he knew about it already! Sadly I’d already bought my drink before I saw them - I was out off and couldn’t drink it. Environmental health need to visit here pronto.
