i was there 2nd of march in the evening, the 2 asian and african guy at the counter where so polite and nice to me and also to the elderly person in front of me, i was pleased to see a change in staff manner and the customer service.the chicken pieces was dry and i think stied in hot plate for a long but boneless fillet was fresh and lovely.

Waiting time take your nerves man. Mainly focussing on delivery orders and people are standing in queue for 10-15 mins to place an order. I will never come again to this

We’ve been to many KFC’s in the UK. This was by far the one with the best food. Fresh. Tasty. The people behind the counter was very friendly. Although the airconditioning was cold- the food made up for it. Will visit then again.

Can be a good quick stop.off or drive thru to get food ...staff a little slow could be worked on but drive thru is recommended but if u wanna have a quick stop to eat in ....Nice n quick n quite stop off b4 u go

it was a living hell trying to get into the drive thru when in the motorway. We could not turn in so we had to drive off into the motorway and into a small road 2 TIMES because they didnt allow turning right. However, the workers were quite nice and there were a lot of seating there.
