I want update my review coz I feel the staff alone made it 5 stars for me. It did take awhile for food to come however the food was very good and like I said the staff were amazing. It was very busy but they coped so well. The job looked so challenging and I know I couldn't do it so they deserve every tip they get. Definitely 5 stars

Have only been once out of the many attempts of going here. always fully booked either if you call or walk in. always so gutted as its one of my favourite places to eat and the closest one. cant wait to get in one day. the top tier American restaurant in the UK!! :)

Food was good although fajitas were a little spicer than expected. Service was also good. The only down side was we were sat down the bottom near the windows and we were freezing!

Food was great but what really stood out was how nice the staff were. Very attentive without being too much. American style food done right.

Went to TGIs as a easy and convenient option after going to the cinema. Food came out quick and was hot and tasty. Portions were generous, pasta was lovely and prawns were of a good size. Only gripe was that for your refillable drinks you had to ask a waiter to do it for you, hence you feel awkward to keep asking.

Even though they were busy they still had excellent service. Cocktail were awesome! Waitress was very polite and speedy with food.

Great family experience at TGIs. 7 of us. Well looked after and throughly enjoyed. No complaints with the food. Had Nachos sharer as an appetizer, followed by Louisiana Hot Mess Chicken burger for Mains - which was Ok without being great. Had a nice Samuel Adams pint on tap too. RECOMMEND.

A complete contrast of the TGIF in Leicester Square! Walking in you feel like you've stepped into the early 90s again and not in a nostalgic way. It really is run down quite a bit. The food offered and served here is nothing compared to the lively vibe you'd experience at any other TGIF. It's dull and slow - just like the service but with the same price tag of course. The visitors are all locals to the area so it can be frequented by dates that have run their course or sixth form birthday groups. The upside is it has parking as you'll need to get to it by car, but this is north London - you can park anywhere you like. Give it a miss if you can.

Nice food, normal Fridays, so decent but pricey. Would be a decent bar but the restaurant is full of kids. Have to say best restaurant for allergies I've been to, they know their stuff and clearly take it seriously like saying all food is prepped in a fresh area of the kitchen, without prompting or having to ask.

Food here is fantastic and the service is lovely. Always a fun time here :D Maybe... one or two bad experiences in the past, but admittedly I usually always see different staff whenever I come here... Except for Ali at the bar who has been there for years and is a stand-up guy Once had a staff member tear my receipt in half off the machine and storm off with an angry thank you cos' she thought I wasn't tipping her - I was but in cash - made sure to tell the concierge to let her know before I left. Though this was a good three years ago... Wonder what she's doing now... Most recent visit was yesterday with my other half - served by a guy called Nathan. Great guy, knew what he was doing. Unfortunate incident with the lights switching off for some reason - it wasn't pitch black but a bit darker than one would like to eat dessert in... Had to ask for money off for this and got 10% off... Not too impressed with manager's decision there but Nathan was great. I have a feeling this place might be closing down soon due to developments in the area - which would be sad - this TGIs has been here a while and many would be sad to see it go :(

Dark Tables - Good Food ... Arrived as solo diner on a weekday evening. Immediately noticed how dark, as in lack of light over the tables. This might be a good thing if you came as a couple with someone you were not keen on.... ;o) Initially directed to one of the tables which appeared to have the least light. I said I was not keen and then the waitress happily gave me the option to choose my own table. The food was great. I had the shrimp with jack daniels dip to start then the half rack of ribs with cajun prawns. I also left a tip for the waitress. I can recommend this place if you are a solo dinner or in a couple or group. I'll be back :o)

Always go to this TGI's. Rejoice our waitress recognised us and always give top class customer service. Interacts with our 2 daughters and always has a snails on her face. One of the reasons we return to this branch. People complain of no disable access, walk round the left side Steps and up the road and you'll see there is! I have witness many people eat here and most have no respect for the staff doing their jobs! We have never found them to be rude or anything other than nice.
