Every time I go to this store, that individual with black skin looks in the dark and speaks with a lot of sarcasm, her services are like that of a brainless and jealous person, both in character and in body. there's always nothing in this store. Empty shelfs empty.9am i waiting 20 min for food.Every day like this.There is always busy in the morning, they should cook in advance and not wait for it to end

Waited ten minutes in a queue while the staff dealt mostly with online orders and then gave up and left. Obviously my fault for bothering to go to the actual shop instead of just ordering online like a slob.

I'd rather travel to the tooting or streatham branch. The customer service is questionable from whoever answers the phone. Black lady at the front of store serving is lovely though.

Often go to find no sausage rolls, doesn't not feel well managed. Que out through the doors often
Friday 3/9/21 6-50am. no sausage rolls ready. the reason the staff got there late. No good to me who relays on them for lunch. nice job Greggs.

I always get such great service from any of the ladies who work here...and it is especially appreciated now when it seems most shop assistants are using Covid as an excuse to severely drop their standards of customer care! Always friendly, helpful and polite staff. Well picked or well trained I can't tell but they are all an asset to Gregg's and so I've gone out of my way to write this review. Seeing as I read my receipt today I know I was served by a lovely lady called Leslie. So thanks Leslie, your great bedside manner and helpful assistance is much appreciated especially during these very difficult times when a smile goes a long long way!
