It's the third time, I have not recieved what I had paid for, I had ordered 6 wings and chips, I had only recieved 5 wings. Last time we had ordered for £70 and again was missing x2 large fries, its a repeat of the same behaviour.My question is if we do not pay the correct price would they still give us the a meal we ask.So when I pay the correct money why am i not receiving the food promised. Its rather upsetting to Come home ready to eat and you see missing items, food is nice but just carefree services.

I've been a loyal customer since the shop opened, witnessing its thriving start by bringing unique flavors to Morden. However, with the recent opening of their new shop, I've noticed a decline in service. The staff, especially a grumpy older man, seems inexperienced, and the absence of burger boxes results in squished burgers. Additionally, the wings no longer seem fresh, potentially staying for a day or two. When I requested a box, I was surprised to be charged – this is a local chicken shop, not a gourmet restaurant. I miss the old staff and, unfortunately, won't be returning unless these issues are addressed.Disappointed customer.

FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I ORDERED AT 2:30am and it came hot with amazing flavour. Very fresh. I have never left a google review in my life but honestly this was very well deserved ! I’ll be back !!!!! ;)

Been coming to this kenitos for years (when it first was named galitos). The chicken wings are tasty and well seasoned. Also I would recommend the 1/4 burger meal. Delicious!

Iv been going to different chicken shops for years now and not liked it but when i came to this place with my fiancé it was amazing. the hot wings were juicy and bang on,the burger was to die for had actual flavour to it and the rice and chips are a defo thing i’d go for on a daily. ended up going for a second meal to try something else to see if it was real what i was tasting and i was correct it was really good i will be defiantly be coming back and my fiancé to and would defo recommend and the lady who was at the till on 26/10/23 at 3pm i would honestly love to praise her she is so sweet and kind and gave us best experience. also the vimpto drink i had i went back 3 times for more it was that nice. 10/10!!!!! And staff are so respectful and even when busy the place is still full of kindness and respect and very clean ?
I ordered my food I asked for a breast of peri peri chicken chips and rice and that clearly was a huge problem. Another man said its fine to have a breast of chicken but id have to wait. I waited 25 mins when the food was ready for me to collect from the counter love and behold they DIDNT put a breast like I asked for than than said I have to wait again as hes got other customers to serve. I replied thats not my problem he than shruged his shoulders and waked off saying 6 min wait. I waited and waited another 20 minutes went by I than walked out even knowing I paid for my order. The man was extremely rude and to top it off the leg chicken was infact cold inside which this could cause food poisoning to someone, as we all know how important it is to heat chicken very well and evenly though out. They really dont care about there customers or the service they provide.
