The staff there are always friendly - however I have to say the prices has sky rocketed there and when you buy a large - the food is equivalent to a regular size container ,even with the increase. This is not fair to the customers.Kid-friendliness: there is always seating a comfortable for kids

I ordered sweet and sour chicken with rice. It was a good sized portion with plenty of chicken but not enough sauce. I found myself eating plain white rice on occasion because it so hard to mix it in the small container. I think the sauce should be layered with the rice, for a more even distribution.

Excellent food - been going to Kokoro for about 5 to 6 years across the UK.Really appetising with incredible portions. Highly recommend Salmon Teriyaki & Sweet Chilli Chicken.The sushi is good too, but the hot food is better for the pricing!

I came in late today (Saturday eve) around 7.30pm looking for cucumber maki that my daughter requested. They were unfortunately out of stock, which I understood as it was late. I asked just in case and was told apologetically that they were sold out. I said thank you and was about to leave when another lady member of staff overheard my asking and said she could make me a box in a few moments! Wow, exceptional customer service! Both front of house ladies were helpful kind and friendly. I really loved that while I waited for my udon I saw them helping each other out to get delivery orders done quickly. Positive teamwork! Highly recommended

Me and my friend bought the noodles rice and chicken on our lunch break yesterday this morning woke up with upset stomach but brushed it of..I arrived at work and I was stuck in and out the toilet all morning coming out from both ends to the point we had to leave work early because we were in that much pain and using the toilet majority of the time …we then returned to the shop and I asked the kind lady who served us yesterday to speak to the manager, he was very rude and told me he wants to see a hospital report I explained to him this is the only food we ate yesterday and that’s what it’s done to us we where trying to make him aware he then turnt and said to us we are the only ones complaining and rudely walked of back to the kitchen I honestly am so shocked at the way he spoke to paying customers will never be eating there again…… SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE STAY AWAY

Kokoro policy is 50/50 regarding rice noodles etc and whatever else you choose from the menu.So why I’m getting 70% rice and 30% topping ?I have been a customer from day one here I think is time to say goodbye!
