I had lunch at Verona last week, along with friends, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were not hurried despite doing a lot of talking. Our Waitress was friendly, attentive but not pushy. There was a wide range of dishes on the menu so we all had ample choice. The portions were generous and my plan to have a dessert had to be abandoned because I was too full! Prices were moderate and we all agreed to visit again. I would highly recommend Verona.

We visited for lunch as a group of 6 and received the usual warm greeting - the waitress was very attentive and concerned we had everything we needed. The food was good - we all had different dishes and were all happy. We will definitely be going back and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food was disgusting, ran out of caesar dressing and just inputted water it in, we complained to the 'manager' could hardly say she had any management skills. she was rude and basically said it was our fault and we could of gone to another restaurant in morden. the atmosphere was horrible, no wonder no one was in there with that customer service (no customer service) and disgusting food. i would avoid at all costs!!!

Had lunch here with my friend can only describe it as terrible. We both ordered the same lunch, chicken ceaser salad. We requested more dressing, the waitress brought it over and it was just water. When she returned to collect our plates, we advised her that the dressing was just water, she didn’t comment and walked away. When she returned for us to pay the bill, her attitude was so… rude and didn’t even apologise for the dressing been awful. She mentioned that they had run out of mayonnaise. The restaurant was quiet, with this service was no surprise. Wouldn’t recommend this and we won’t be back
WHAT a find! My son has just moved to Morden and we went for lunch to celebrate. Viola is everything one could wish for - welcoming, v smiley, v v attentive. My son dropped his fork and she was there in a second with another one without us saying a word.The calves liver was FANTASTIC and the veg cooked al dente as I like themPizza great too - v Italian, not English!Will be there again v soon. Viola is a star. Thank you ViolaLizzie and Charlie
