I love Costa New Cross been going there since the first week it opened which is very many moons ago. Great staff as always. I just wish they would allow Costa Cards in card form as I dont wish to use my phone so for a long while I have been missing out on points. I have not had a free coffee in a very long time.

How do you mess up a peach ice tea? I even asked for extra pumps of syrup and it was tasteless and warm. As if they gave me warm water with 2 ice cubes in

Very nice large seating area, would be 5 stars but the drinks don't tend to have as much care put into making them as other branches such as Peckham.

It's so sad that the barista doesn't know how to make a flat white.!!! He served me a medium sized cup, and a thick foamy coffee, sorry to say the flat white has become a cappuccino in Costa.!!!!! The team must be rehabilitated and trained because it is very annoying

If it's your birthday ? do not come to this Costa ? they said no to birthday cake ? for me and spoiled my bday morning ?? just because I didn't have the app ? so basically if you don't have a phone they're discriminating against you ? so disappointed ☹️ #JODY aServiceAngel ? I have just got a large tea take away at costa37-39 Lewisham Way, L ondon SE14 6PP when I asked for milk, David, the barista rised his eyebrows, look at me and said "ash" he was really rude. When I ask him why was he upset he said that "that was his natural attitude" I have a photo of him for more information. The lady at the till didn't want to give me the receipt when she saw that I was going to complain. I come here once a week and this is the first time that I've been treated like this.

I love Their Coffee very much,the female crew member named MALIKA is very passionate, she always shows her potential while doing customer service or making coffee, She's good at both, i became a regular customer just because of her hospitality and the way she greet her customers, Other crew members were good too,i love to visit that place for a relaxing COFFEE.
The female working with David was nice however he was not. Just stared and laughed at me while I was ordering. Very rude

BED BUGS!!! Please stay away from this place. I am a regular customer up until today. I visited Costa today in the morning. I sat on the sofa in the corner, and within 30 minutes, I was bitten on my ankle and back. I stood up and saw bed bug under myself. Then I checked my ankle because it was getting more and more itchy, and I saw another bug on my shoe. I reported it to the manager, but he didn't look like he cared much even he saw the bug. I left super traumatised. When I got home I put all of my clothing, including shoes and bag in a shower, and I found another two bugs on my bag. I am hoping I won't get my home infested with bed bugs just after one visit . For sure, I will never return to sit there. I was a regular customer for the past 2-3 years. If anyone has the same experience, please share and don't keep it to yourself. It's a really serious issue !!!

I went this morning with my dog. After i ordered they told me that dogs are not allowed with no labels or indications that dogs are not allowed. To be raised with the management and I will submit an official complaint with Animal welfare society!

What is happening with Costa?Prices went up and the quality of the coffee went down, like down?! I feel I am drinking hot milk and usually half of cup is empty. Costumer service is very low, rude and unwelcoming. Is lack of knowledge in making a good coffee.I used to love my coffee here but there are way more quality coffee shops to go to. Unfortunately since months now coffee is not coffee here. ?
