A very helpful Greggs supervisor called Ru who especially who went out her way and baked 2 festive bakes especially for me. I was wanting to use my free bakes on greggs app but when I went to Wallington greggs last week to use it to try to get 2 festive bakes .They had unfortunately sold out so I thought i would try when I was passing New Malden store I thought I would pop in to try and get my free festive bake with my greggs app and I wanted 2 and she was very helpful and friendly and went out her way to sell me the 2 festive bakes and sausage roll for my family. I would highly use that store again well done Ru?

Delivery service is terrible. I'm a Driver and every order has to wait an eternity. Their service is rubbish.

2ed week of poor service on a Saturday. Plenty of staff for a change. Two very young server's. My heart sunk when the same one served me, the week before , when he didn't know what he was doing, got my order wrong, no apology, had to be reminded of my order when gave me wrong one. Was there longer than should have been.This Saturday, he was still very slow, had to keep explaining my order, the beget breakfast. Wouldn't listen re size of latte! Messed up till, then took cash, then said the bacon would be 10 mins, didn't say so before! 20 plus minuteslater had to remind him as it was being taken out of oven. He carried on making new customers order. I was aware others behind me, men had places same order, looked like they would be served first. Had to get other young server to setve me. No apologies for delays. Plus had to stop 1st server giving me drink when he said bacon would be 10 mins, pointed out betrer to get ot when beget was ready, he went oh yer, a light bulb went on ! The Manger was aware, hes a sulen man with beard. Can see why his staff have no customer setvice skills, or ability to communicate if they copy him. When got beget, had to remind them re latte. Felt like I was teaching them!! The beget had to be got from out the back, so don't know if he did something to it! Manager then followed with bag of begets, so none ready. If I had not gone up after waiting, 1st setver would have carried on setving new customers! At least 2ed server advisrd his customers, tge bacon would take 10 mins, so they could change order if wanted to. The contents of beget was cold, very little omelette with bacon. Latte lukewarm. Think avoid on Saturdays. Tall male, with hair in bun the 1st server, avoid him. During the week, lovely female staff, great customer service skills, efficient. The Manager is not great. It wasn't a good experience there today, not great start to the day. As this 2ed week of poor service, felt needed to feedback.Its a shame. Please employ staff who can politely speak & listen to customers. Not leave them waiting 20 mins. Tell them if product not ready before taking payment. Not sure will go back for awhile. At least he got the sausage rolls bit of order right. The service was slow, ques buolding. Manager should have helpedYoung female assistant, putting things out, was pokite, friendly, working hard, they could all learn from herAlso men seem to get better & quicker service I noticed, Manager part of that. Waste of money, & my time today. Back to Mc Donald's for me.

Grab some tasty snacks and drinks and go or stay to eat in. New malden high street. There is a park to picnic in at Blagdon road.

I like Greggs. It could be better though. It has such an opportunity to be a brand leader. It should lower prices, improve quality, pay staff more and then it will be the new Pret. Better

Good for a quick bite and a coffee. Watch out for the very hot contents of the steak slice it will burn your mouth.
The staff are always so sweet! But they really must do some cream cakes because the lack of, makes me sad ?

I've been coming in here for weeks with my dog after a walk, and staff was fine with me bringing a dog in. Today, however, I was told that no dogs are allowed inside. This was the Sunday morning staff at 11am. I tried to explain that I'm fine with no dogs allowed, and I completely understand. However, the manner i was spoken to was very rude and unacceptable. A particular staff member cut me off saying, "That doesn't matter. Get out!"Food here is good, just not great treatment to a regular customer.

Always a great selection of tasty snacks these days, and the coffee is not bad and at a good price as well. However, it used to be a bakers, they should ensure they still carry a range of freshly baked bread too!
