I experienced a terrible dining experience today. I made a reservation for 7 o'clock in advance. Because I was dining with children, I confirmed the dining seats in advance before driving there with my family. When we arrived at the restaurant on time, there was a long queue and I was told that all table reservations have to queue. We had to wait, and I was extremely disappointed to learn that there were still people in the queue who had made reservations at 6:30pm and had not yet served. I went to the restaurant to inquire about reservations, but no one answered. I asked how long I would have to wait, but no one answered. I understand that the restaurant is busy on Saturdays, but if you have a confirmed reservation, it cannot be fulfilled. Very disappointing as the little kid was very hungry and had to leave the restaurant. Terrible service, will never come back. Everyone have the booking in advance need to pray the god you will have seats.

We booked a table for 4 people at 7 o'clock. When we arrived at the restaurant at 7 o'clock, there was a long queue. The people in the restaurant ignored us and pretended to be deaf and dumb. The people who had booked for 6:30 in front of us had not yet eaten, so we left angrily.

The service from the young staff was good! I won't go there again!Before the family epidemic situation, I left the family store, so I decided to leave the store again. We go by lunch and nearly full tables. The lunch set is worth to order, taste is good and services are up to standard. I would recommend to go for a quick Korean lunch here.
