Strong Korean vibe but staffs were rudeIt started with everything prepaid. We had to pay for our night first. Prices were reasonable. The food was alright. Meats looked like those things you could buy in Costco. Everything looked like Korean styles but some tasted like Indian food. K-town also offered a sushi bar. However, options were limited.Staffs’ attitude was really bad. Receptionist blamed people in the queue not using their online queuing system, while there were not enough instructions on how to enter the system. Some people queued for hours but the receptionist just couldn’t find their names in the system and refused to help as well.Everyone has 90 minutes to eat. When we were almost finishing our session, one of the staffs came and asked us, “How can you finish this in 2 minutes? I’m gonna charge you extra £10 per person if you cannot get out in 5 minutes.” There were no reminders about how much time left and they just asked you to leave promptly. They even shut down your pot remotely to force you to stop. It’s totally unnecessary. They could have reminded us how much time we had instead of shouting at us.Our experience was good before the last 5 minutes. We are sure that we won’t come again and won’t recommend this to our community because of the bad attitudes of staffs. It’s not worth to pay for the blame.Overall: not recommended

SO RUDE & NOT FAMILY-FRIENDLY! Our family of 6 ppl just had a dinner here and they tried to fine us £20 for VERY few leftovers when we already paid £35/person. I understand all buffets have this rule to encourage people to be responsible in food consumption but shouldn’t see it as a way to rip off customers. As we refused to pay this ridiculous fine, they shouted to us “Get Out and Never Come Back Here again”. After spending £214, we felt so embarrassed for being treated like beggars, especially in front of my children and other customers. In any circumstances, a restaurant must never insult customers like this. SO DISAPPOINTED.

We came on a weekend, so the price was £33 pp. I mean the food tasted good, the side dishes were tasty, but £33 to cook your own meat? I don’t know. It’s part of the experience which makes its novel. But if I’m paying a hefty price I would expect a vast range of other food options i.e dessert. The desert options were three flavours of ice cream: strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. And it tasted artificial. And though icE CrEaM isn’t the main attraction here, if the price is that steep, then a range of deserts and side dishes should be provided. Also you have to pay an additional price for lettuce? um … ye noSo it was fun, food was tasty. But for all the money they’re gathering, I would invest in a better selection of deserts and include lettuce in the price. Because really … lettuce is just lettuce. let’s be for real

My 3rd times to go K town, the food still good but the price is big rises in short. As I remember I came here around 1 year ago and the price was around 24 gbp but now is 33 gbp. I may not go again in short if the price keep going up in the future.

Avoid this was the worst food I have ever eaten, to the point I had a sick belly. Your standard cheap buffet with terrible quality of meat. Listen to all the bad reviews and go to kintan in central london

Great kbbq for the price. There's a buffet included in the £33 so definitely great for what you get. I don't think it tasted very fresh considering we arrived at the opening time, tastes reheated and I don't know how long the raw meat has been sitting there for. You have to pay extra for lettuce though which I thought was strange. Good for first experience and will come again.

Normally I am a bit funny about eating at buffet style restaurants but K-Town BBQ was overall a great experience. There is a good selection of food that the chefs keep topping up through out your hour and half. The meat for BBQ which is the main pulling point tasted fresh and I really enjoyed the cuts of steak. I would recommend arriving just before it opens in order to make the most out of your trip otherwise you may find yourself waiting in a fairly long line. The BBQ cooking plate is cleaned by staff. There is a wide selection of other foods aside from the BBQ such as chicken wings , noodles , rice , pork , sushi , dumplings and a little salad bar.

K-Town BBQ is an absolute culinary delight that takes Korean cuisine to a whole new level. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with an impressive buffet spread that left me spoilt for choice. The buffet selection at K-Town BBQ is simply amazing. It offers a wide variety of delectable dishes that cater to every palate. From the flavorful grilled meats to the vibrant and fresh vegetables, the options seemed endless. The array of traditional Korean side dishes, also known as banchan, added an extra layer of authenticity and flavor to the meal. But what truly stood out was the mystery of the soy sauce. Whatever secret ingredient they infused into it, it worked like magic, elevating the already delightful dishes to a whole new level. The rich umami flavor in the soy sauce made every bite a burst of delight in my mouth. It's that extra special touch that sets K-Town BBQ apart from other Korean restaurants. The ambiance of K-Town BBQ is inviting and comfortable, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The friendly staff were attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to explain various dishes made the experience even better.Whether you're new to Korean cuisine or a seasoned enthusiast, K-Town BBQ is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The buffet selection, coupled with the enchanting soy sauce, makes it a true gem in the world of Korean dining. I will undoubtedly be returning to K-Town BBQ to relish in their amazing buffet and delightful soy sauce in the near future. Don't miss out on this delightful culinary journey - it's an experience that will leave you craving for more!

I opted for the buffet at K-Town BBQ. The food was all very tasty, but sadly, not hot enough and I thought the price was rather expensive. I liked that the food was not greasy, and as mentioned, quite flavorful, but the fact that it wasn't hot was a real negative for me.

Food is okNeed to improve on fruits and desserts section. Honestly, price per person £31. Ice cream brand or taste must be better than this

It’s a fun experience.Would I go again? Probably not. But am I glad I went? Yes.They have a selection of marinated meats for you to barbecue at your table and an array of cooked foods for you to have as starters and accompaniments. The problem I found was the quality of the meats were not great. The steak chewy, the prawns small and not deveined. At £31pp you so expect a bigger variety and at a better quality.

Visited twice in a month with friends. Walking distance from New Malden train station (opposite the station). Although there were many people on Friday dinner and Saturday lunch hour, staff were nice and the service was great!! Food selection was sufficient for Korean bbq. They have pork, beef, chicken, prawn, sausage - well marinated and were nice and thick. Cooked food were pretty good – tteokbokki/ pancake / japchae / sushi/ dumpling/ soup, etc... *Depending how much you can eat within 1 hr 30 minutes, we think the price is reasonable as we ate lots of meat and prawn. There is £2 different between weekday and weekend (£31 or £33).

Best Korean barbecue in London. Quality food, plenty of choices, and good service.

The food was actually quite to very fresh to my surprise. The all you can eat for 1.5 hrs was adequate and I love the no waste policy (an extra £10 each.) for wasting food.It was £31 per adult which is reasonable and you can have a great time with friends and family there.Great selection of food both hot and cold plus some Japanese delicacies. The staff were nice and kind too .

Top place for all you can eat. Weekend price is 33 pounds but we'll worth. Nice and broad choice of food and the meat is the best I've ever tasted for a all you can eat
