Very disappointing service. Arrived with the "Hot light" on for my daughters 7th birthday and our tradition of staying up late and getting some hot doughnuts, I checked light was on before pulling in to avoid disappointment and she bounced in and could see all the doughnuts on the conveyabelt only to be told we couldn't purchase any as they were stopping the hot doughnut service, even when I advised we just needed a few as it was a birthday. There were loads, my daughter is verh disappointed and all so unnecessary.

The doughnuts here are the best Krispy Kreme you will get because you can watch them being made! You can't get fresher than that. The coffee was good and the service was lovely. Free parking as well. The toilets were clean. Like anywhere they have busy times when you might not get a parking space or seat.

Love this branch, has a drive thu also. Plenty of seating and a smaller parking lot (free). Wide selection and fast service no messing about.Parking: Small but good size for footfall. Always a space unless its mega rammed with a queue out the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat all the way with auto doors

I didn't quite understand why you could only park for a small time, I was going to suggest meet-ups with friends, but the time limit was far too short, such a shame,

Doughnuts are good just thinking is it worth travelling so far to get some doughnuts when you can buy the same from your local supermarket it might not be as fresh your Krispy Kreme doughnuts maybe price wise a bit more

I ordered a dozen choose your own, I wanted to change one of the donuts just after I payed and they didn’t allow. I ordered late with oats milk and they didn’t have any alternative milk. The supervisor was on social media scrolling on her phone and unhelpful.

Veronika was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect doughnuts. Her attention to detail and efficiency in serving customers was truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful visit, and her exceptional service definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my time at Krispy Kreme.
