Wish I had read all those bad reviewes before ordering via deliveroo from this place. Sending bacon in all items when we ordered it without any bacon. Had to throw it away all and have got hungry kids after 40 minutes of wait. Only response they would give is come to store with wrong items and we will then decide if we need to make fresh one. Oh really - if i could come why would I order home delivery. Absolutely rubbish rude unapologetic uncaring staff. Food in bin and along with any chances of ever dealing with thhis horrible place again. Take my advice give this place the widest berth you can. All the horrible reviews are absolutely correct

Ordered using the app but still had to wait at least 20 minutes just for a happy meal. Got home and found only 3 chicken nuggets. Was unable to use the public disabled parking bay outside the store as it was filled with mcDs delivery bikes. Couldn't be bothered complaining as it would take an hour and cost more than buying another meal!!Parking: Disabled bays are illegally occupied by delivery scootersWheelchair accessibility: Cannot comment as unable to park!

Ordered online, and when our order arrived there are missing items in our orders.. ordered a medium big taste with bacon meal but it arrives with no bacon with it. Also ordered the caesar and bacon chicken one wrap meal and it did not arrive. Stupid employees not double checking the

Nice and clean, friendly staff and great food. Always plenty of seats available, which is a good thing as New Malden gets quite busy during shopping hours and weekends.Parking: Lunchtimes get busy, so parking can be a little tricky at times but there's enough.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty access for wheelchair users as it's ground floor only.

Ordered through Deliveroo which took over 1 hour to deliver only to be stone cold and burnt when it arrived. I tried to contact Deliveroo via their online app and was told that they would refund me £6.00 which was an insult as my order was over £26. Before I could complain about this the online assistant said that is all she is refunding and before I could contest this she just ended the online chat. I then called Deliveroo and spoke with another lady who was so helpful and straightway apologised and said she would arrange for a full refund immediately but before calling Deliveroo I also tried to call Mcdonalds New Malden to let them know what had happened. I tried to call twice and the same guy who answered just kept ending the call as he couldn't be bothered to take a complaint. I suppose that you get going to these cheap establishments......very poor service and dreadful cold food. food. There is certainly no customer service anymore. One very unhappy customer.

This is the 2nd time where they missed an item. Recently this has been the trend in few restaurants to save money but McDonald’s doing it is unthinkable. They are loosing business ethics slowly. Please feel a little bit shameful for these as it’s mostly kids who live these and could not see them being sad. You are paid to put what’s ordered. Do your job properly guys.

Whenever we made an offer for collection, never it was the right order. Always something missing. And I'm saying ALWAYS.ordered food yesterday and chilli bites were missing.Last week, 2 items (fruitshoot drink and 1 chips portion were missing). The time before 1 cheese burger was missing...

It's a McDonald's so pretty standard as it comes.Downside is it stinks of cannabis and BO from smelly delivery drivers who hangout waiting for their next drop off.In and out and hold you're nose and it's okay ish.

Waited over half an hour for food and still hadn’t been done at Macdonalds New Malden people coming in After where being served their food managers excuse pancakes took time to cook yet we were customer 28 and no.41 was served pancakes we’d spent £15 ..we got a refund all staff standing around manager was doing the work had no idea how to manage staff …disgusting disappointing service will not return …to much of macdonalds efforts are getting Uber drivers deliveries out …there should be dedicated staff for in shop service

The delivery service is extremely bad.I am a Delivery Driver for New Malden andThe waiting time just to get a delivery is more than 30mins.This McDonald in New Malden is not fit for purpose.
