Food always comes wrong and late. Says 15-20 mins delivery. Three times I’ve ordered took over 1.5hrs. Half my order never showed up, I was told on the phone I would be refunded. This did not happen.

Got both of our pizzas wrong. Didn't provide the toppings we paid extra for, and the wrong type of base. Also wasn't sliced properly.

Ordered pizza at 21:12 and despite saying “delivered” on the app we did not receive anything for two and a half hours. Don’t bother calling the store - I was told it would be 7 minutes, but still nothing over an hour later. They then just hang up when you call or let the phone ring out

I don't know why this Dominos is so much worse than all the others. They hang up the phone, mistake orders, give orders to other people and even if you manage to get the pizza, it's somehow worse quality. It's a shame because there's a real gap in the market for food on Wandsworth Road.

Ordered a pizza at 9:45 p.m the pizza did. It come till 11:17. Applying the pizza was cold. Apparently the driver went to the restaurant and the pizza wasn’t ready. He then got the pizza I asked what took so long he says traffic. Really traffic after 11 on a Monday?! Ridiculous. Never again will I order from here.
A order was placed by mistake and I try calling 13 times to speak with someone and got laughed at and hung up on by the shift manger after this I had to drive out my way to go to the store to try and get my money back got there and was meet with a shift manger that didn’t really understand English and told me I had to wait 15 days for the store manger to come back from holiday to process a refund after asking 3 or 4 times for a refund he told me to speak with head office and omg there a bigger joke than the team in this shop GOING PAPA JOHNS from now onAvoid this store at all cost

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. First driver had an accident (maybe they did, if they did then I hope they're OK). Was told for 40 minutes that the second driver was on the way (I live 6 minutes from it by car) - they said call back if it's not there in 10 and they'd give us a refund. Who knows if I will ever seen that money again ? disappointed to say the least.Absolutely ravenous, at least Papa Johns are sorting me out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!No less than 3 separate occasions my order was given to someone else and when I phoned to ask where my pizza was as the money has been taken, they just out the phone down!!!!I will be going in storr tomorrow to see the bloke and let him try and put the phone down to my face. Been waiting for over 30 minutes as it has said baking at 6.32 and it’s 7pm and I am outside the pizza shop my name is not even on the screen yet to say how long and yet it’s baking in the oven. This is not the 1st time last time was nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes. People please whatever you do don’t use this shop if you are. Got my Pizza 1 hour after ordering. Food is really cold again and I’m really upset with this shop and I don’t think I will be coming back here. Terrible service and terrible place
