Confirmed closing times are 2 am, though the restaurant closes at midnight!!Refused to take our order at the drive through because we didn‘t have a vehicle. Would’ve been nice to know that before when we still had the chance to grab something to eat in the city center. Now we‘re going to bed hungry. Thanks for nothing!

Waited 33 mins to get an email confirmation to say my order is cancelled. Absolutely BAD SERVICE. Could have checked before accepting the order, taken off from your menu Or given a refund for that item and still sent the rest. Rather have something to eat then not ??

My recent visit to this McDonald's left me quite disappointed with the service provided. While I understand that staff diversity is important, I was concerned about the slow service during my visit.The waiting times were unusually long, and when I inquired about the status of my order, I received vague responses indicating uncertainty about when it would be ready. This lack of clarity and efficiency was frustrating.

One of the rare McDonald’s with realy hot food! It’s a small branch, but it has a decent sized car park behind it. Electric car changing in the car park too. Food was hot, staff were friendly and willing to help out. Drive through is a little tight if you’re driving a van.Vegetarian options: They have the plant burger and even a vegan wrap.Parking: Car park situated behind the building, with a road going downhill. There’s two drive paths on each side of the building. One for drive through and the other for the car park. It could hold about 20 cars/vans.

Shockingly slow. Slowest service ever in a McDonalds. Ordered ahead on the app yet still had to wait over 20 mins for my meal for one person. Seems they prioritise Drive through and Uber Driver orders over regular customers.

Visited this McDonalds for the second time last night. It was appalling. The service, as before, was slow and completely indifferent and the bins were full to overflowing. The toilets were blocked and the hand dryers didn't work. Stay home, save some money and make yourself a sandwich, is my advice

They renovated this Mcdonalds over the summer and now have separate entrances for customers and for fast food delivery services. The food is always hot and fresh.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Britain. I have been in about 4 times in the last year as I am working nearby.The place has just had a refurb but the food certainly hasn't. Before the refurb you could see the kitchen staff, no one wearing gloves or there heads covered, now you cant see the kitchen staff so i dread to think. Every time the muffins are burnt rock solid and the hashbrowns the same. Surely everything is cooked to a pre set time so i dont know how they manage to burn everything. The Kitchen staff are not up to the Job. Save your money, don't bother.

This is the worst mcdonalds, full of aggressive uber drivers and the staff are rude. Horrible atmosphere where it takes ages to get served and they don't even take your order after certain hours unless its a drive through despite no information about this online.

It’s not open until 2am unless you have a vehicle or want to order from a delivery app.Despite this I was able to order a collection on my phone only for it to show afterwards that I could only collect it via drive through.Went into the mcdelivery office to explain this and ask how to get it refunded and the manager was extremely condescending, obviously assuming I was drunk because it was 1am. Literally was just letting her know so she could pass the feedback on, I don’t expect to be patronised on how to use a mobile app, or to be talked to slowly and rudely as if English isn’t my first language. (Not that it would be acceptable if it wasn’t, but my skin in brown so felt a certain type of way).I figured out how to cancel it on the app, because I can use a phone. She wasn’t able to advise me that this was possible…The guy who used to manage before refurb was always kind. Dunno why this woman decided to be nasty.

Refurbished thought it would be better. Chips taste unsalted and kinda soggy. Burger kinda chewy but nice still
