I ordered food from KFC Streatham High Rd through just eat, the £65 was taken from my account immediately at 5.25pm, it's now 7.18pm NO FOOD DELIVERED KFC staff claim they gave it to driver, just eat app saying driver at restaurant and pushing delivery time later and later, no one wants to take responsibility! NOT WORTHY OF EVEN 1 STAR DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KFC!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my burger..until later that day…became lethargic and faint, vomiting starts then diarrhoea. Absolutely horrendous experience…this is the second time it’s happened with me and I should have learnt my lesson the first time. Officially boycotting the whole brand, I will never eat from there again!!!!

I came here on the 15th of Jan around 1.23 I ordered an item for lunch I wanted snack box popcorn chicken with chips and a mini bbq wrap on the side. I had to say my order more than once and I asked if I can use my student discount as if I spend over 3 pounds I can get something for free with the student discount he was shouting at me that I have to spend 5 and over to use student discount I informed him that he doesn’t know his own policy so why does he work here and he informed that he does know he then spoke about me to another colleague I’m sure her name is meena and they were just discussing me as if I’m not there and he was saying repeatedly why she confused it’s 5 not 3 and he was really rude and I was like look don’t talk about me and how I’m going to report him as he’s rude and unprofessional and he was still arguing and not even an apology. I think hes a stupid man and shouldn’t work for kfc if you don’t know how to talk to people as he was rude from the START

Undercooked wings with visible hair/feathers.How can you expect for people to eat that?Staff are like zombies, they don’t care, they are unfriendly and not welcoming. What a joke of a place.

By far the worst KFC experience of my life! It is supposed to be 11 herbs and spices they seem to have used only three!It did not taste like KFC at all! Really disappointed! Please can the regional manager intervene and instruct the staff to go back to basics with the original KFC recipe!

It’s as if it’s a crime to be hungry on a late Friday evening. I ordered online via Ubereats from Streatham KFC on 20th October. I do not fault the delivery driver as the issue was missing items and low quality food. I ordered the mega bucket for one plus an extra order of chicken. There should have been 3 x chicken pieces in addition to the 2 hot wings and 2 mini fillets. Order arrived with two miserable “pieces” that nobody would pick if ordered in person. What exactly is the bit when they fold up a side of wing with a slight chunk of meat attached, in batter, but all it really consists of is bone and skin? That’s what I got. I was charged however, for the third piece of chicken which they never packed. Wings were mean and small, no meat. They charge £2.29 for just two of their stingy wings. Chips were stone cold, I binned them immediately because I was too hungry to sit around warming them up. Absolutely terrible and cost me the best part of £17 for the “luxury” of this utter trash. It’s disgusting what KFC get away with.

Absolutely disgusting, never ordering KFC again. I ordered the teriyaki burger meal and the bun had a very obvious spot of mould on it!! How could somebody pack this burger knowing there is mould on it??? Despicable. I do not recommend to eat from here, it is a food safety hazard and the workers should be ashamed of thinking it is okay to serve a customer this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered food through Justeat at 10.10. Said it was delivered at 10.37. It was not. Tried calling the shop multiple times and never got through. Don't order from here.
