This was an absolutely dreadful experience. Pizza size - really smallPrice - ridiculously expensive.Asked for extra garlic sauce and was sold garlic butter, but didn’t realise until I’d completed the 2 mile journey home. DON’T BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF JOINT! There are many other reputable pizza shops that give you much better value for money.

Been ordering pizzas from this branch for over 10years. Staff are friendly and pizzas great But this Sunday 6th Aug it was my worst experience. The pizzas I brought home were disgusting as the base was burnt remuining the whole taste. Tempted to switch to Pizza Hut down the road. Family were so upset. Definitely won't ever go back on a Sunday.

Can’t get an order right. Request for replacement accepted without coming to fruition.Better off ordering from one of the others that are relatively local to this area (they will deliver).

Absolutely terrible service , on the half way of my order guy try to explain to me that they running out of 1 of ingredient. He was british guy and couldn’t understand anything what he was saying to me , like mouth full of water.Pizza was half cooked, and by end he call me BOSS , big a pardon ? i’m a client/customer not your lad or mate.

I am never buying from papa johns in Norbury again. The new management are a shambles, gave me the wrong pizza then proceeded to verbally abuse me on the phone. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Used to be very good but now gosh it’s no different than cheap pizza from down the road , papa supposed to be quality! Very sad very greasy

Order made at 22:27 order delivered at 00:00 hour an a half, pizza was stone cold.I rang papa johns norbury in total 9 times. First call made at 23:23 as I had no confirmation email, but money was taken from my account. Called repeatedly no answer so by 23:40 I decided to go to the store. No apology from the staff I called the phone it rang in front of them they said they was busy cutting pizza. Delivery driver had 2 pizzas mine and another.Why couldn't they just answer the phone, imagine that was my last £30.00 for food, and panicking thinking I wasnt going to be able to eat tonight. I am a loyal customer to papajohns but after how I have been treated today, NEVER AGAIN, and I will be requesting a full refund for the hour and half wait for a stone cold pizza, had to go to the store, because they didnt answer my 9 phone calls. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed.

I like papa Johns. It's got good dough and good taste. This place ruined itself by adding a delivery charge irrespective of spend so now I collect instead.Sometimes it's amazing, sometimes it's not. It would be great if they could be a bit more consistent with the pizzas. Take today it was incredibly cheesy but normally a vegetarian uses a lot less cheese and more tomato.
