Very poor service I ordered footlong sandwich and I received 6" how hard is it to read from the screen we complained to the delivery company all they could say is I can have a voucher that didn't help I can't eat a voucher very disappointed I won't be ordered from there again the staff really need to do there job right with out customers you would have a shop ?

Half way through making my food they tell, by the way the card machine doesn’t work. Only cash I processed to tell them I don’t have cash so they tried to let me pay with card says it got “declined” however the Money was taken out my bank. And I received no food.

Subway at norbury - This is the best outlet of Subway I have come across. The staff is wonderful and always prioritise their customers at the best way possible. I almost come here everyday for lunch. The food is fresh and tasty. The wonderful team at norbury subway ensures a great experience for all their customers.Excellent service ?

After waiting more than 30 mins on ubereats and still no news, I got the order cancelled. The rule is not to order again in this particular Subway. Thornton Heath Norbury is much faster.
Great Subway branch. The place is always spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. Sandwiches always fresh and very tasty.

Although I have Subway very often I'm other locations, in this location unfortunately myself and my 2.5Years old kid had Food Poisoning, I was better after 24h but my kid 2 days later still throwing up and not holding nothing in, not even water.This is the only place where we had the same food in the 3 days previous hence why I know that it can only be here that it happened.Needles to say I won't be visiting this place again. Hope they'll do some checks regarding the quality ( and storage ) of the meat and the meatballs

I always love a subway for lunch. It's delicious and the staff are quite fast in dealong with my order and was allowed to sit in and enjoy. Staff where cleaning the tables alot and keeping hygiene up to standard. All one level access easy to access with walking aid.
