They have got our order wrong every time, we ask for chicken they don’t give it we ask for gravy we don’t even get it, they cannot get a single thing right. They should hire people with actual qualifications instead of just accepting anyone, it is annoying how when you really fancy a kfc it comes and you either get someone else’s order or you don’t get your order at all. In my opinion, this place needs to either be removed from Uber eats etc or shut down. Not acceptable at all

Excellent Customer Service and friendly. Big portion of fries and the drinks were full to the top, the chicken was slightly oily but it was cooked perfectly and very juicy.They didn’t have the sundae that i ordered but it was substituted, which i was happy with it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have visited her for the first time in my life. I live nearby and had a really bad experience. Customer service is the worst. I waited for 30 minutes at the counter and then had enough I had to leave. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. I would recommend the one A40 that is Greenford, the customer there is amazing.
