Steph was absolutely amazing, food cane so quick and was so nice and accommodating to my allergies and ensured all my food was safe. Came to check up regularly and to see if there was anything else she could do for us. More than happy with the service. Left a £5 tip!!! Shes the best server we’ve experienced, all of us were pleased you should truly recognise what an asset she is to Harvester!! X

Very disappointing experience! We ordered Eggs Benedict and the bacon was burnt, the waitress said she will bring a fresh one but said she will only bring half as we have eaten half of it! Second time round the bread in the eggs Benedict was rock hard that it was impossible to cut it or bite it.Overall a bad experience

Waitress was brilliant. Food was not so great we had 3 mixed grills with very undercooked sausages and 2 83 combos with very pink chicken one of which was raw on inside near bone. Staff lady served us was lovely I do feel there short staffed under pressure. Management could be better.We waited 45 minutes after we finished our dinner waiting for deserts. By then needed to go not much of discount feel out of touch. All comes down to every Christmas over booking not prepared waiting staff not there fault.

The food was amazing, the meat on the ribs just falls off so tasty. I had my meal with sweet potato chips which was well cooked.The customer service was wonderful, thanks to Amy for making it a lovely night.Parking: Make sure to log your car registration at reception when you arrive, for free parking.

Christmas menu was nice. Unfortunately we sat for 45 minutes after our main meal hoping to get puddings. The waitress said she was helping with a big order with colleague. Then we had to leave, so another waitress brought our bill. I had to ask for puddings to be taken off. We waited another 10 minutes - nothing. I went to the bar and the manager said he was taking the puddings off. I explained that we had been waiting a long time with no offer of puddings. He gave us 20% off.Vegetarian options: N/A

Any our waiter was lovely and her customer service was 10/10! I’ve never been told that our waiter was changing due to the end of a shift and she kept us updated which I appreciate! It’s the little things that count ! Promotion is in order!

Had a lovely lunch with the wife. Has parking, must register with tablet. Promptly seated. Service was friendly and efficient. Ordered The ultimate combo and fried squid, 2 persons eating. All was great, especially the bbq wings. And salad bar. About £20pp.
