very bad customer service very despicable people working there

Terrible customer services I called after our delivery was already 15 mins late only to be told that I had to wait a further 10-15 mins because they were 'busy'. I then requested to cancel the other and for it be refunded to which the lady on the phone said she would need to get the manager to call back....the manager never did call back. By far the worst Domino's around on every level. Not the first time this has happened but will avoid at all costs and advise others to avoid too.

Rubbish service staff just argued with me when I told him not happy with the pizza as very little topping. This place adds so little topping you can count it lol. Like let's play a game count the pieces of chicken on the pizza. Joel st Domino is rubbish.

An awesome place for food, staff are excellent. One must visit if you are around Joel street.

Delicious and a pretty speedy service

They delivered 20 mins late, and that too a barely warm pizza.Driver had an indifferent attitude.when questioned why late, his answer was "don't have a go at me, speak to the manager".Delays plus cold pizza = avoid Domino's Northwood.

As previous reviews say AVOID this place late cold food phoned as it stated delivered they could not be bothered try some where else

Took over an hour, when we rang 3 times, each guy told us "the driver just left, he will be there in a few minutes" but it was all lies. We complained and asked for a full refund. Won't be ordering again

2nd time I've used these. 2nd time it's taken over an hour. No phone response and no apologies. Only order up if you want to be bitterly disappointed

We waiting over an hour and a half for our order to arrive, food was freezing cold and when we called the restaurant they didn’t care and just said we can take money off next order

Ordered online.Delivery was set for asap and I got it within 30minutes which is really good as it was Saturday evening when I ordered. I had a 2 large veg pizzas and 1 medium cheese and tomato for the kids.Pizza arrived piping hot and were made correctly (removed the ingredients I didn’t want and added what I asked for) free garlic and herb dips with all pizzas was nice.Delivery man was friendly and polite.Liked the pizza tracker, kept you up to date with the status of your delivery. It was accurate too.Only issue was that one pizza was little squashed so the cheese was stuck on the lid on some slices, not really a problem.Will Be ordering again as they were delicious pizzas.Will try to use the app next time as it saves your previous orders so it’s easier to order in the future.
