Was about to place a large order. Was at the front of a lengthy lunchtime queue and they had 3 people making 2 subs for 1 customer while another cleaned during a lunchtime rush. Really need to get a grip on the service line as myself and several customers walked out when you had more than enough staff to service one customer at a time. The thing about lunchtime rushes are that people are on limited schedules and if you’re not speedy enough you’ll lose business as people will go elsewhere. Along with my order, I imagine you missed a lot of money in that 5 minute period. Really need to prioritise responsibilities and man power during busy times. I’ve seen subways in central London that are rammed with less staff and manage to serve everyone in a timely fashion. You do not need 2 or 3 sandwich artists to 1 customer. It’s inefficient and cost ineffective.

I recently had an absolutely horrendous experience at the Subway and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.To start with, The tables were filthy, covered in crumbs and sticky residue. The floors were littered with napkins, bits of food, and trash. The trash bins were overflowing, creating a foul smell that permeated the entire dining area. It was evident that no one had bothered to clean for hours, if not the entire day.The service was equally atrocious. Despite there being a long line of customers, only one disinterested employee was working the counter. This resulted in an excruciatingly slow wait time. When I finally reached the front, the staff member was unbelievably rude and dismissive. They barely acknowledged my presence, rushed through my order, and seemed annoyed by any questions I had. Their attitude was unprofessional and downright insulting.As if the poor hygiene and service weren’t bad enough, the food quality was absolutely abysmal. The vegetables looked wilted and far from fresh, the bread was stale and hard, and the meat had an odd, unpleasant odor. My sandwich was sloppily thrown together, with ingredients unevenly distributed and spilling out of the sides. Despite specifying my preferences, the sandwich was missing key ingredients and was utterly tasteless. It was, without exaggeration, the worst sandwich I have ever had.To add insult to injury, the prices have gone up, which makes the experience even more unacceptable. For the amount they charge, one would expect at least a basic standard of cleanliness, service, and food quality, none of which were met during my visit.This experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering a meal at this Subway location to steer clear. The management clearly needs to undertake a massive overhaul to address these serious issues. Until then, I will not be returning and will be warning others to avoid this place as well.

I recently visited the Subway located at [Northwood hill ] and was extremely disappointed with my experience.Firstly, the cleanliness of the establishment was subpar. There were crumbs and bits of food scattered on the tables and floor, and the trash cans were overflowing. It was clear that the staff were not keeping up with basic cleanliness standards.The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Despite there being a line, there was only one person working the counter, which resulted in a long wait time. When I finally reached the front, the employee was rude and rushed through my order without any care or attention.To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. The vegetables did not look fresh, and the bread was stale. My sandwich was poorly assembled and lacked the ingredients I had requested. The overall taste was bland and unappetizing.Given the poor hygiene, terrible service, and low-quality food, I will not be returning to this Subway location. I hope the management takes serious steps to address these issues.
