I was sent a pizza with pockets of raw dough all around the edges. The visible parts looked cooked so I thought it was just a mistake and I called the store to let them know but the store manager just spoke down to me and didn’t seem to care. He didn’t want to see pics, he was adamant that it was cooked - even though I was sitting looking at a fresh dough on the cardboard in front of me. All but two slices had to go to the bin, luckily the taste of raw dough had put me off eating anything else anyway.

I made an order for delivery at 18:56 and it arrived at 20:36. When looking at the tracking it said the pizza was ready at 19:12. The restaurant didn't have the decency to contact me to explain there had been a problem and when the order eventually arrived the pizza was bone cold so was clearly the same pizza what had been sitting out for over an hour... They put in a bottle of Robinson to make up for the wait but also gave me the wrong sauces which I had paid extra for so the efforts to make it up where cancelled out

Had an issue with my order and the money had been taken from my account and i had a confirmathion email but nothing was on the system, srikanth and ajay were very helpful in this situation and sorted the issue out for me which has helped massively as this was for my kids dinner also.

Something's gone wrong. Papa John's pizzas are good. This location is not. I ordered a takeaway but it arrived as shown so I had to go to the store anyway.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!!! Order got cancelled, tried to contact the store 10 times but they obviously did not pick up. So I had to go into the store and the person working there was so rude when I asked for the customer service number and smirked to my face and ignored me, till I had to try again and then said that I can Google it. Don’t even bother ordering trust me you will waste more time trying to get your food delivered to you than actually eating it.

Ordered two large pizzas an hour and a half ago, there has been no communication. We tried calling 4 times. No one ever picked up and then it cuts out. There is no customer service on the weekend so we have no idea if our order is actually coming or if we should give up and attempt to get a refund. Incredibly poor service.

We ordered Garden Party & Cheese/ Tomato. We are vegetarians. Unfortunately, the Garden Party pizza arrived with chicken and our BBQ & Garlic/ Herbert dips were missing. We called them. They apologised and sent out a new Garden Party within 15 minutes. We showed the delivery driver the pizza that contained chicken so that he can tell the staff. Luckily we give to my sister who eats meat so it wasn't wasted. They were fast to rectify the problem.
Waited 2 hours and no pizza showed up and barked as delivered. Called non stop but there is no answer. They have taken our money and have left us all hungry. Absolutely ruined our night, will never make the mistake of ordering from them again. This branch should be shut down.

Tried calling over 10x its been 2 hours and my delivery still isnt her whe it was marked after 30 mins from time of order saying it was delivered.Suddenly out of curiousity i looked online for review and seems everyone has the same issue.I don't even care if its gonna be late but someone need to answer and let people know atleast.Not sure how this place is still open. Papa john need to deal with the people franchising this store.(still waiting on delivery.)

Papa Johns in Peckham is the worst place to order from for a very long time.Pizzas take over 1 hour at times; they rarely pick up the phone to give an update and food arrives nearly cold.Useless manager with incapeble staff.
