Orderd a peach iced tea. Didn’t taste like peach. On the till asked for 2 extra pump of peach and the lady asked for extra charge . She chagred me for caramel instead of peach. So cheap and tricky. Rushed, people are overworked and can tell they are trying their best, espresso was kinda bitter and was left under the coffee machine spout before he was given to me, trying to get sugar and a emplyee pushed me out of the way in a rush to change the bin, the whole place (like every other costa i have been) stinks of sour milk.Not good at all.

This is a very good place to relax with a view. A lot of tables behind. Away from walking crowds inside Westfield. Glad I've looked inside and found those tables by the window.

Atmosphere always feel good, STAFF Especially! Chirpy even at the busiest time , food, The Service is always great in Costa's..was my first time there...due to the experience I had I'll try go as often as I'm working at London stadium if time permits ?. Love it!??

Went in there to get a quick bite to eat and everyone seemed to have a stinking attitude. I got a vegan ham and cheese toastie as I'm vegetarian and my other half got a meat one. We were asked if they needed to be heated up separately so we said yes, but then they proceeded to cut my sandwich using the same knife as his, same chopping board and same tray... so was pointless asking wether i wanted them done seperate Another woman who was preparing everyone's drinks and sorting out cutlery also kept wiping her nose but didn't wash her hands. So not only are they rude, they don't adhere to dietary requirements and they spread germs.

Great place and friendly service: amazing staff, always helpful and very nice hot cappuccino I’ve noticed that all seem friendly and have excellent customer service unlike some other places in Westfield lower ground floor oh and also they have great coffee ☕️

I bought tuna melt with my coffee and when I bit into it, it had a very weird taste and so I took it back to the counter and asked if I could change it to something else as ìt tasted really bad. The guy on the counter said, ' it's tuna what do you expect, and if you want something else you have to pay for it!"I was startled and another lady said I could choose something else.I went to sit down and told where I was sitting while they toasted a cheese and tomato panini. After it was made, they just left it on the counter, they didn't call me or give me the sandwich. The store was not busy at all and they could have walked to my table. The shop is not that big.Appalling service
As a regular customer, all the staffs today are my favourites hahahaha. They are professional and friendly. Smile and treat you sincerely.

Grabbed a carrot cake to take away, which was surprisingly tasty. The cake was moist and moreish. Not sweet either so the balance of the ingredients used was great.
