The food was awesome, not really vegan kind of restaurant, but it’s still great cooked and the spices is great too. The staff is very helpful, friendly and hardworking. When ordering it might take some time to get it, depending on what type of food you bought it can take longer, it will be worth the wait. The atmosphere is always lively and they have music on sometimes, it can also become full and not easy to get in. Their toilets are also clean and they are very fast in cleaning. Coming in groups can be easier with the price.Recommend to try ?

I had a terrible experience at this branch. Despite being an NHS key worker eligible for a discount, my visit turned sour. When I mentioned the discount, the staff demanded my ID, even outside working hours. Despite offering my payslip on the NHS shared business services account with an electronic proof of my ID (I.e., Driving license) to prove my identity, the conversation took a disrespectful turn. The manager Carlos, stubbornly refused to share his name, citing policy, but eventually revealed it. The entire encounter left me feeling deeply disheartened. It's disconcerting when a simple request for a discount turns into a disrespectful exchange. The manager's refusal to share their name adds to the sense of mistreatment. As someone dedicated to NHS service, I anticipated a more considerate approach, making this experience profoundly disappointing, as this incident could have been handled and resolved very easily. The manager could have approved this request under his discretion. It’s not about the discount at the end of the day it’s about the way you treat your customers !! Refusal can be done politely without creating such humiliation in front of other customers. I was disappointed as I have been to so many other Nando’s stores and none of the stores had mentioned about carrying.a physical form of ID and always accepted an electronic form of ID.Given this experience, I've decided I will never patronise this establishment again. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the quality of the food seemed compromised, possibly due to the unfavourable encounter.

Was served by a lovely gentleman called Emmet who took my order, and also updated me on my Nandos loyalty card balance, which came in handy for my meal price.I ordered the Fini pitta with grilled halloumi, chicken, red onion chutney, salad and hot and spicy signature sauce and a side of pwri salted chips.

I love this Nando’s location but the only reason I come back again and again is because of Rafael! His attention to customers and ability to make you feel at home is second to none. The new Mac and cheese is amazing too!Thank you Nando’s and especially Rafael we will be back very soon!

AVOID AVOID!!! This place is shocking and Awful. Staff unapologetic.How can you serve cold food twice in the same day. They got my order wrong then replaced it with cold food with hardly anything in the plate. Portions have definitely got smaller. I will be sticking to other branches from now on.

My sister and I went to Stratford Westfield Nandos and had such a lovely experience. The food was great and the customer service was amazing. Great place to eat chicken.The taste was very good, we took 1 full chicken and unlimited coke that is also a very good offer.We 3 people are not able to finish that, so quantity wise also it was good.

The food was absolutely horrible, they had no ice in any of the ice machines service was extremely slow, it took over 35 minutes to get my food.They were obviously understaffed the restaurant was dirty. They had absolutely no cold bottled water. And I will mention again. They had no ice in any of their ice machines, and on top of that Westfield mall did not have the air conditioner on strong enough.It was extremely uncomfortable. No Air conditioner, No ice and no cold water. And slow service.
