Worst barista in Prett. I forgot to ask for caramel in my cappuccino and the barista refused to put caramel sauce in my coffee. Would not recommend going to Pret in Westfield Stratford City. Avoid at all costs. You would be better off going to Starbucks instead.

Visited one morning for a flat white. It tasted burnt and bitter so I returned and asked for a replacement. The barista gave a dirty look and swapped it out.....for another bad coffee. Gave up, binned it and went elsewhere. I've noticed Pret coffee has become inconsistent across its stores recently.

We were disgusted by the behaviour of staff in this branch of Pret this afternoon. Whilst waiting to collect our coffee we witness a mother and her daughter (who has Down syndrome) be told they couldn’t sit in a section which has been sectioned off. Presumable so the staff didn’t have to clean it again. There was no other space in the restaurant and the mother was forced to leave and find an alternative venue. Bear in mind we currently had sub zero temperatures and daughter was visibly cold and distressed. We brought this unjust situation to the attention of all staff who merely struggled their shoulders staying they hadn’t noticed. Discriminatory, inhumane and appalling behaviour by all on duty. Emergency training required.

I am a member of the Pret Club Subscription and have been using it for quite a while.Unfortunately, I have decided to cancel my Pret Club Subscription due to ongoing problems with the operating hours of this particular Pret branch. It seems that most of the time I wanted to get a drink, the store was not open during its designated hours. Despite having the advertised opening time displayed at the entrance, the store often fails to open on schedule. As a result, I have ended up spending a significant amount of money on beverages from other establishments, which exceeds the cost of the Pret subscription.

Poor service, I got totally shocked. I ordered my salad and latte as usual, and the staff asked me did I subscribe. I thought it would be pret club, so I answered no. And I scanned my QR code, and the girl suddenly get mad and ask me “ I asked you did you subscribe or not, what’s wrong with you”. I was shocked. I am Asian face, are you racist? Why are you so mean to me? and English is not my first language, considering there are plenty of foreigners living in London, I just totally don’t understand why they treat foreign customers in this way. Awful experience.

Great customer service from Farzana on the tills. Quick waiting time. However the Team Leader lady on shift looked very grumpy and unpleasant which ruins the atmosphere in the shop.

Nice big Pret with lots of charging points. But it is like a sauna here!!! Where is the AC on, like in most Prets? Anyone having temperature body regulation issue will feel ill here. I felt like being in Spain during summer. It was hotter her, than being in the street. Not exaggerating btw.

Ordered the chai latte which normally is really nice, but this time it was over frothy with a flowery weird taste. There was not even a hint of cinnamon or ginger, in fact it wasn’t drinkable it was that bad. I went back to complain and was told they switched from powdered flavour to syrup. It still doesn’t explain the flowery taste. It was not a chai latte that I was served. Wasted my money and my time.

The man who serves visitors at the cash desk is completely impolite, rude and does not pronounce the names of drinks according to "possible standards". And then he also can criticize visitor in front of the rest of the visitors!!!

It was a warm day, but the cafe was hot, and the breakfast samon egg was sitting on the counter in the heat, when I opened the packet, it smelt spoilt and I couldn't eat it, the ques were to long for me to return it and I didn't want to face the abrasive customer service. This was arround 11.15am.

Went to this pret today and asked for a tea with honey, they told me they give honey only for the porridges. I drink tea with honey every morning in the Shepherds Bush branch and never had a problem. After the girl who was serving me asks her colleague about this and her colleague says actually there is no honey. Very disappointing as i spend half of my salary in Pret every month
