A bit hesitant on my 1st try if Shake Shack.It was expensive, £85 for 4x burgers, 4x chips and 4x Cokes. I can't see the point of charging customers over £3 for a cup of coke when it's pennies to buy the bagged syrup.Dont get me wrong when I say it was a good tasting burger. The burger was better in size and taste than Five Guys (best comparison I can put it to). However, Five Guys has a bottomless coke and I think a little cheaperWill I go back? Probably not given the price. Keep it affordable and people will come back (my opinion).At the end of the day, with inflation and no movements on salaries, to me it all boils down to quanity to cost ratio. Given the price of burger places these days. I will stick with McD as you get more for your penny.NB* Dont get me wrong, Good tasting burger. Staff super helpful.

We compared shake shack to five guys as these were the primary fast food we had on the go , of course other than McDonald’s. While the fries may not be as good as five guys , the burger seems to be better: loved the way the cheese melted off the edges of the bun , very delicious!

Decided to try shakeshack on recommendation, very disappointing. It wasn't busy yet the chips were cold and the burger lukewarm at best. Ordered sauce on the side which didn't come with the meal. The restaurant was dirty, thick dust on the sides. Wasn't overly impressed to see they allowed dogs either to be honest. All in all very expensive and definitely not worth the money.

Absolute disgraceful food, £36 for 2 chicken burgers (which were tiny enough to fit on a child's palm) nuggets and a runny chocolate milk shake, and the chicken was extremely salty! Looking around, it makes sense why most customers were just ordering a tiny portion of chips and a soft drink... I genuinely feel ripped off.. not happy!

Wouldn’t honour the student buy one get one free, and was spoken to by a rude member of staff. Emailed their head office and was replied to by someone who was equally as flippant in merely copying and pasting terms and conditions. Seems the company has languished from its heights years ago and is rotten from top to bottom. With their exorbitant prices for mediocre food resulting in many of their locations being empty, and poor customer service; they wont last much longer in the current climate.Its literally not worth your time visiting here

I’ve been here a few times and the food always brings me back.The place itself is quite spacious and is always clean and I have always been served fairly fast and revived my food in a good time.The customer service has never been bad just not exceptional but they have always been polite and efficient.The cheesy fries are mouthwatering,they are always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the cheese sauce is delectable.The normal crinkle fries always hit the spot they are perfectly cooked and seasoned amazingly.The chicken burger can be quite a hit or miss, I feel that I always have to double check if it’s cooked or not as on some occasions it’s been quite pink.But when it is cooked well it’s absolutely great,nice and juice on the inside and very crispy on the outside.The milkshakes are amazing,very thick and rich and there are always new flavours during the seasons.I would recommend trying it out as when it’s good it is good.

The lovely lady that was helping on service today was amazing, so helpful to myself and my toddler (it’s was her birthday ) she was also going around to all customers asking if they needed help , all with a friendly on her face. More expensive than a typical fast food place, but wouldn't say it's quite worth it. The crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce are nice and their burgers are okay. The lemonade is too sour and the iced tea too bitter. A lot of their tables are sticky, but the service is decent with ordering being done on a screen now. Horribly overrated burgers. They are OK, but nothing really special, I'd day below average in quality. The bun is just weird, I don't know how else to describe it - soft, soggy and weirdly sweet. Patty is nice, so the fresh tomato and salad. Badly need seasoning - salt, or any punchy sauce. Lemonade was tasty though.As for atmosphere - visited just as they opened, and all tables were sticky and disgusting filthy. Horrible experience, rather took the food outside.

Service took ages despite the restaurant being quiet, there was plenty of staff but no one was taking ordered so just stood there for a while. Then the chicken burger took about 15 minutes.The burger was nice, had to add some extra mayo but was fresh and tasty otherwise.
Food is mid, I got the buffalo burger and it was a dry and tangy, my partner liked the mushroom burger. Fries are free on Monday. So we bought 2 burgers and 2 drinks and 2 free fries which total £30 definitely not value for money compared to other fast food places in London.

I never finish eating a whole hamburger, but I finished the shackburger - twice. The fries are also very good. We were not impressed with the vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate shakes. The vanilla was far too milky. One in our party loved the cookies and creal shake, though. All-in-all, a good place to stop in for a quick meal. The staff was grest. Be warned! This establishment does not accept cash!

So I love shake shack never had any trouble ever so definitely not happy with the experience! So my boyfriend brought me home a take away last night and as I got the burger out there was literally mould on the bun! Like who ever made it and who ever packaged it how you could not see it is vile! Like it was right on the top! FILTH

Buffalo Chicken burger was very dry & cold, seemed like it had been cooked an hour before we received it. The manager did not want to give us a new one and therefore we had to suck the £25 bill for a poor quality meal.The chicken bites were nice and fresh, but the overall meal was disappointing.
