I bought coffee , it was disgusting , went to the checkout, asked for a new one and paid, the taste isn’t really different, I sincerely hope that they didn't spit in my coffee

Rude staff member with the orange hair. Other staff accidentally charged wrong (had no issues) but the lady was being rude for no reason not only to me and other customers but her colleagues. Believes she’s the only capable staff when it’s far from the case. Needs to learn basic manners and drop the attitude

The drink was good but there is a staff was very rude. Her name is “Aissa “ black girl .she is not paying attention with the drinks. There was 6-7 drinks to make she was talking with other staff and was using mobile phone. I hope the DM or GM is gonna take a action for this.

Starbucks is too good, their signature drink is hot chocolate. You should surely try one.Ask for a vegan Whip on top of it.

I was really in need of cheering up and I remember coming here before and they made my drink exactly how I liked it (not every Starbucks store I go to achieve this so I am very particular where I go to get my fix) and let’s just say I was a very happy bunny when I got my drink I would definitely come back here again! Anyone wondering I order an iced white chocolate mocha and have done so for many many years. ?

Staff at this store don't care, with a baby and made me wait longer than others, the silly response was they had hot drinks, I was like how do hot drinks come with ice, the cashier just looked away and ignored me and didn't care, just because it's Westfield they think they don't need to care as customers have no choice, I guess they are wrong as there is lots of choice.
