This was my first time trying the Subway’s menu in Stratford. Some days I prefer to order at Subway’s for a healthier choice when I am looking to eat lunch outside. In general, most Subway’s are all pretty similar but differ in the quantity of food given each time. In conclusion, my experience this time was good.

I came here to collect my birthday cookie today but was refused and they literally said they never give out free birthday cookies. I showed on the app but they still refused. It’s just seemed they just didn’t want to give me a cookie. It doesn’t even take long to process a cookie.This is the second time I had an experience like this. The first time when I asked if they do the £4.99 footlong promotional offer they initially said yes. But then went back on their word saying if you used it once then you can’t do it again. I went to a different subway and was able to use it. I double checked T&Cs there was no where it said you can’t use it again.Please train your staff on the promotional offers properly.It has definitely put me off from going this subway.

Disgusting food, disgusting customer service.No smiles, impolite and rude! No thank you. The lady at the end of the counter she was rude, had a stiff look on her face slammed my food on to the counter. I would never return.Hygiene is also lacking in this place. Utter shambles

Horrible. Easily the worst Subway i've been to. Very unhygienic. A bunch of idiots serving people and constantly getting the order wrong. Communication with customers is 0/5 they dont listen properly. Not worth it.

Disappointed to find store only sells Halal meat , my daughter wanted a cheese and ham roll , waited ages to get served found they only sell turkey ham , guess they only cater for the local demographic, so much for equality.

This spot is great if you wanna quickly grab a sandwich. Tastes good and the service was fast. Mist try is the Meatballs.
Confused staff on the sandwich/food production line. There were orders going back and forth and some like mine to the bin half way down the line! I ordered the new set menu Tuna & Egg salad box. By the time the box with tuna & sliced egg reached the salad counter, it was binned! I had to ask the staff member for the order again! What a waste of food! I think some supervising or training is need when a new range is created! However once I sat down to enjoy my salad in the Westfield foodcourt, it did taste great!

Very bad customer service. Staff are not friendly and helpful. They messed up my sandwich with sauces badly. I have not experienced this kind poor service in any other subway ?

There always seems to be a problem whenever I go here, I queue up for 20 minutes to reach the front to be told it's cash only, the oven is down, they are out of this bread or certain ingredients... When there is a long queue you should really try to make people aware of these problems and not make them wait 20+ minutes to find out you can't order what you want and now need to go queue up somewhere else to get food. I don't even remember the last time I had subway as there is always some issue stopping me whenever I go here...
