Nice place. Good food.Staff appear attentive, say the right things, but they aren't on the ball at all. Too wrapped up in their own conversations rather than attending upon those who ultimately pay their wages.

Staff are finished. Great way to ruin birthday dinner. Ask 3 staff to order. Left us hanging for over 45 minutes . Bad vibes. Never come back. Beware people. Whole staff needs to get changed up immediately!

TGI Friday atmosphere just isn't what it used to be, BUT still enjoyed the food. The last time we went we waited so long for our food I said he we wouldn't go back but hubby was craving it and it was his birthday, so we gave then another chance. Our server got the kids food first and the we waited a little bit more for ours. The food was good, tbe kids enjoyed it. It was an OK time.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meal and the kids loved the dessert.

Came in for cocktails with a friend.Our original server just didn't seem to notice us. However the service we got from Nafissa was great. She was so polite and quick.

When me and my friends sat down the seats were all dirty and sticky. Once we moved and after we ordered, drinks alone took ages and the food. Normally the appetisers are meant to come first but they took over an hour just to bring it! Even though we asked the waiters multiple times they just said they will check then move onto the other customers. It was ridiculous the food was very mid so it made the experience not good. Also once it came to the bills they delayed that process as well!

Looking forward to the experience of dining here but so disappointed initially with the service. We were asked to wait for a table so we sat at the bar but we were totally forgotten. When our food was eventually brought out it was cold and they forgot the salad. When we mentioned to staff , they apologised and again we were forgotten. Eventually a manager did sort us out.Would not be recommending ?

I've been here a couple of times over the last few years, it's an pretty okay American themed restaurant. The food was simply outstanding. It has some of the nicest boneless chicken wings I've ever tasted. & the staff from my experience were quite polite.The only minor issues were that it took me quite a long time to receive my bill even though I had ordered only 3 items. And noticed that some staff were immature for such an environment. Apart from these things, generally really good.I'd highly recommend people come here, but not during busy periods.
Really great service from Craig! He made mum feel very special on her birthday and helped her choose a lovely cocktail :). Delicious food too
