11th Jan 24 passed the garage tonight - all closed and shutters down by 21.45. What time did they lock the doors tonight?As a BP bunker user, it would be nice if they kept to their official times as I resume work in the morning at 05.30 and would like to start the day with a full tank.Footnote:BP Careline has replied to my comments - interestingly using exactly the same words (apart from the agent's name changing) as the poor review published 3 months ago - which also complained about hours of operation!Nice to know complaints are dealt with via "copy & paste"!

Its a petrol station, everything over priced but theres a shop next door. Buy your petrol in a petrol station and everything else somewhere else

Filled up,use my BP fuel card to pay.Have my own cup so picked up the £3 meal-deal,costs £2.50 everywhere else.Not here.“We lose money on this so you cannot have it”.I use two or three BP’s a day and this is the first time I’ve gone hungry.Not cool.

Normally I find the staff in this establishment very good but was not happy today. I understand that, particularly in these times, people can forget that they need to pay for car fuel. But I do resent been asked twice if I need to pay for it. I answered a very clear ‘No’ the first time and I shouldn’t have to answer the question again. Even when I politely pointed out that the cashier had asked me twice, they still felt the need to say that people can get forgetful. Do I ‘look’ like a forgetful person then? Of course, I understand that they have to ask but to ask twice implies that they didn’t believe me the first time. I don’t see why I should have to ‘pay’ a price for the dishonest people out there. I don’t appreciate it. Rant over.
