“Beyond impressed with the service in this place. I didn't realise until the server asked that my friend is actually allergic to gluten, rather than just intolerant. Her sandwich took longer to come out than my salad because everything was prepared fresh and away from the other food. The toast had to be grilled on the same toaster as the rest of the food, but the chef brought it out himself and explained that he'd put baking paper either side so it wasn't contaminated. Her comment was "this has to be the nicest toasted sandwich I've ever had". Amazing care taken to keep her safe, I'd give them 17 stars if I could! Massive thank you to everyone involved! Sorry, too late for photos - we've eaten it all!!!!”

“Went here this morning for a birthday brunch for my husbands birthday with our 3 sons and daughter in laws and 3 small grandchildren. They couldn’t have been nicer and played happy birthday and joined in the singing with us. The food is so delicious too. Will def be coming back for another meal. “I popped into this Shell Fuel Station for a machine Costas Coffee. Whilst waiting I could see the Sales Assistant called Dean behind the counter on the till, my attention was drawn to how jolly he was with all the different customers interacting with them in a lovely way and making them laugh. He has a happy demeanour and acted in a very professional manner. When it was my turn to be served he acted the same with me, and even offered to show me different functions on my Shell App which I was not aware of and found helpful.Its refreshing to meet people like this who lift people's spirits when at the moment there is so much sadness in the world. He is a credit to Shell and Dean will encourage me to return for a happiness fix! ?”

“Great coffee served by a very polite helpful young lady called Holly . Did not like the behaviour of the assistant manager towards the two girls he was rude aggressive and spoke to the girls in an unacceptable manner .”
