The manager runs a well organised store. The staff are courteous helpful. The store is kept very clean tables cleared disinfected. Seating arrangements spaced and comfortable. It's great visiting and enjoying a good coffee served with good customer service. Manager very affable and his store well run.

Can’t even make the right coffee - two orders now I’ve asked for a cortado - first time last week I got a re-used coffee instead - and today I’ve now got a medium cup half full with coffee not even cappuccino just plain old coffee Your staff need re-training and the lady with black hair seriously needs re-training - the blonde hair young girl is extremely rude - turns away from you and giggles and mutters stuff to her mate last I collected - utter disgrace to Costa - will never use again Pret round the corner is a must - or go to the local guy in nugent ?? Costa 1/10 can’t even get orders right - Probabaly just laziness - the lady doesn’t even watch the milk when frothing - pure scum working in there both of them Who sends out re-used coffee ?!?!?! Please see the amazing cortado pictured below !!! Not even in a cortado cup to pretend just straight up nah can’t be bothered I’ll send him a Plain coffee Literally just pure scummy laziness from costa staff

Nice get away after finishing shopping in the Tesco store it is in. Staff are friendly. However the quality of the food and drink is a bit suspect sometimes, and on my last visit with my wife we both ended up with stomach ache and diarrhea after having a couple of latte's from here. I suspect either the milk was off, or the nozzles in the machine weren't clean.
This is Costa Coffee in Tesco Orpington. Looks like they have given it a clean. Last time I visited it was looking a bit grimey. Much better now. Keep it up.

Convenient coffee shop located within Tesco, at the top corner of the store. It's a nice place to rest after shopping, with plenty of room and tables. It can get a bit nosy due to being in a supermarket, but it is tucked away enough that it is not too bad.

I wouldn't normally bother with a Costa, but for the fact that this is inside Tesco and handy if you want to grab a coffee and a pastry pre or post shop. No surprises here, everything as expected.
