We took a delivery from this dominos branch, the first time we did it, we had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes for the order to arrive since placing order. Second time, again shy of 1 hour and 30 mins.

Always found their pizzas great and generally reliable on timing as I always prefer to collect my pizza in person but I'm really disappointed that they don't accept cash anymore and expect you to use a card for a £10 pizza lol ,whoever made this decision is clueless to be fair I can maybe understand to some point on delivery but on collection it makes no sense at all ,don't they realise everywhere else in Cottmandene accepts cash !! You have lost one of your long standing customers and I'm not alone so....change this silly policy please !!

Showed the delivery time as roughly 30 minutes, after watching the tracker and it saying delivery was on its way andwould arrive in 9 minutes, the driver left the store, returned to the store, went to 2 other places taking at least 5 minutes at each, I called the store then still waited another 5/10 minutes, 30 minutes from leaking the store, squashed luke warm puzzas and sides and the idiot driver had put the ice cream in with the pizza's so I have mush! Trued callingback the store but they ended the calls. Rude staff and management, I will visit in person for a refund and won't ever use domino's again.

Gosh our pizza was awful, I'm sorry to say.. Not a 'Domino's' standard at all! It was soggy, not even properly pre-sliced (we had to practically tear it as we don't have a pizza slicer in our household) and the toppings were really salty and pretty gross.Such a shame because I will always choose a Domino's pizza over competitors however this branch is to be avoided!

Complete joke on the order its says 20 mins for delivery, follow the app through prep, cooking etc you then get a text to say order is on its way.....then you get a phonecall saying 35 mins wait as short on drivers and app is automated ...what's the point of the app if its completely made up I was told pizza not even cooked yet but app had said its on its way
