Eaten here for Sunday lunch three times now and on each occasion the food was superb. Self-serve buffet and eat as much as you want, with good choice of dishes. Very friendly staff and clean and upmarket surroundings. Very good value for money too. A new treasure for our High Street!

No sauces with my takeaway delivery. When I called Elachi, the person I spoke to was very condescending as he explained that these sauces no longer come with starters and that now you have to pay extra for these. When I offered to pay to bring these round (I live less than a mile from the restaurant) he said it would be an hour, which he knew would be no good to me. I’ve been a customer at this restaurant for over 20 years (it’s changed name and hands many times over that period) but it was quite clear that they did not value my custom or me as a person, needless to say they have lost my custom.

Disappointing takeaway. Just had a delivery from Elachi restaurant for the first time. We ordered from their summer meal deal. Delivery was fast with no delay, price was excellent for the quantity we got. However, some flavours and recipes were disappointing; Beetrooty and artificially red Chicken Tikka Masala, same sauce used for their Chana side dish, both taste sweet and artificial. My children commented it looked like blood and were very hesitant to eat both dishes. Tarka Dahl was very plain and more like a lentil soup with very little spicing. The curry chicken and madras were OK.Generally, we were not blown away by the flavours and most likely will not order from this place again.

AMAZING!!!It was my sons birthday and we’d booked a table for 6, we were 10 minutes late, but this wasn’t a problem to them, great service, all staff there were friendly, on the ball, attentive, just brilliant!!!They even brought out my son a cake and sang him happy birthday (we didn’t ask for this!).Highly recommended ?

I am regular customer and on Friday, ordered my regular food. When the food arrived was stone cold and items missing. I spoke to the Manager on the day and he promised me £25 off next time I arrive. I made a call to order and then he lied to me saying “I can’t do that”. Refused to refund me money after the cold food. Then lied saying he’d give me discount! A disgrace of a shop! Will never return

Had a birthday meal here last week. Did the special offer for early eaters but also the staff were very helpful regarding time as we couldn't all get there early but the staff were very accommodating.Parking: Parking is under the large Tesco store just up the road. 3 hours free parking

It was our first time at this restaurant the food was fresh and very tasty, as a Indian women the food was delicious and authentic thank you ☺️Vegetarian options: There’s lots of vegetarian options also if anyone’s vegan they have a separate menu very accommodating
