So me, my mrs & her brother went out for a meal at fiesta Mexicana. I genuinely don’t get how they are rated so highly. The food is genuinely so bland. The price point is ridiculously high for what it is. £6.95 for 5 button mushrooms as a starter is genuinely disgusting to charge. The salsa nachos is marked as vegetarian, when served they served the one with chilli beef sauce. They just took it off the plate which tbh put us all off from eating it without even an apology for it. Also how on earth is hummus part of Mexican food. The budget Tesco brand nacho chips that’s served with it was just horrid. The strawberry margarita genuinely had no alcohol. When we asked for the bill there was no breakdown so I don’t even know what they charged us for as the bill came to £48 and I just wanted to get out of there so just paid for it. We asked for pico de gallo which after a lot of back and fourth was finally agreed they do serve it but it was almost as if they have never heard it needs lime juice and onions and not cucumbers. I don’t get how so much can go wrong in one sitting. This is the reason why I don’t eat out in orpington for Mexican food as every aspect was wrong. It’s nicely decorated and to a somewhat aspect the generic Spotify playlist of “Mexican dinner music” playing in the background. Please don’t be sidetracked by the venue and ambience as the food and service is genuinely a huge thumbs down. Who ever owns this restaurant please go to a proper Mexican restaurant or even better Mexico and please respect the culture and food that you are serving.Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled vegetarian options on the menu but when served completely ignored and served with non vegetarian beef chilli sauce

Came her in December, and it was dire.Firstly, it was so loud, we couldn't even talk to each other.Bring new to the area, and seeing such good reviews, we came because we had a craving for margaritas.Well, if you like pre mixed, sugaring rubbish, then this is the place for you. They were so sweet and had a horrible, plasticity taste. We ordered a jug and didn't even drink a third. The food was also not good, and so expensive for such poor quality. We had to pick from a set menu being so close to Christmas, I had prawns with avocado to start. Over cooked with an unpleasant sauce on them. Think very bad, Marie Rose. Main was salmon, again very tough, overcooked fish. We paid and left, didn't stay for desert which came in the price. If you want anything that resembles authentic Mexican cuisine and atmosphere, AVOID.

Two very unfortunate experiences in this place. Awful service providers. The food certainly does not make up for it.The first experience is going with family where my mum’s purse was taken and when asking the staff they became hostile and rude stating that we were being accusatory. The second time was a staff “celebration”. (I don’t know if you can call it that in a horrid place like this.) where my friend and colleague’s drink was spike. She hadn’t drunk much at all and she started to feel unwell, her speech was slurred and doesn’t remember anything after that drink.I wouldn’t go near this place with a 10-foot barge pole and suggest you avoid it at all costs.

1st time in this restaurant and I can honestly say that from the moment we walked in, the staff, service, the atmosphere and especially the food was simply excellent! Our children enjoyed the food too and they are usually fussy! The cocktails and drinks were also made to perfection and I am usually fussy too when it comes to this! Overall fantastic experience! We would definitely be coming there again! Would highly recommend! Thank you Fiesta Mexicana!

I came to this restaurant last weekend just gone, with a birthday party group and after recommending it to everybody, they all left very disappointed. I had the sirloin steak; it wasn’t like usual, very tough and with not much taste to it.A few people in our group had the chicken fajita and the chicken was quite chewy and didn’t taste as usual. I don’t know if they’ve changed their chefs, but the meat quality was certainly not the same. The service was great and made it fun with amazing cocktailsBut the night was ruined since even the chilli beef mince we had, seemed to have pieces of bone in it.I had ribs for starter as that’s usually my go to but this time they were cold, and the pork was again tougher, almost like it was freezer burned.Would I come back, yes and give it another try, but the food this time wasn’t good.
