absolutely disgusting ? dirty unclean staff, horrible stench in the air, full of nitties and the toilets ugh nasty. I havent eaten there for a long time its so bad i would even want to walk past it. poor colonel turning over in his grave. SORT IT OUT or bromley need to close you down ?

Queue for people trying to pay by cash and being ignored. Manager was rude and wouldn't show his face. 15 people in queue and over half walked out due to order queue was not going down due to being ignored. KFC needs to look at customer service if they wish to retain loyal customers. This was Sat 2nd at 6.40, I eventually left store at 7.25. (NOT FAST SERVICE IF PAYING CASH)feel free to be ignored in Orpington High Street
