Just had to drop a line about my phenomenal experience at Nando’s in Orpington. Right from the get-go, the vibe was just spot on.But what truly set this visit apart was the manager – an absolute gem! Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond really made our dining experience memorable. It’s not every day you encounter someone who not only ensures the service runs smoothly but also adds a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer.And, oh, the food! It was, as always, nothing short of epic. Each dish was a flavorful delight, perfectly cooked and served with that signature Nando’s flair. It’s clear why this place has such a great reputation – they consistently nail it on both food quality and service.Hats off to the team at Nando’s Orpington for maintaining such high standards and making sure every customer leaves with a smile. Can’t wait to return for more delicious meals and exemplary service!

This was my first meal ever at Nandos. Service was very good although ordering was complicated if you didn't use the app.Food was tasty.

Order by app, so no service quality at all. Paid for bottomless drinks, but waited half an hour for the glasses to arrive only with food. Food ok, but McDonald's would have been better, quicker, nicer and cheaper.

It's a nandos so the food is standard nandos quality, you know what you are getting! Staff are always lovely and helpful and always do anything you ask them to really fast. It's a nice reasonably priced meal and a great place to meet friends ds for a catch up even in large groups as they have big tables. I will say avoid the mash though ☹️ it's a little sad!
