Nice place. Is popular with families. You can scan a code on the table and order and pay from your phone which worked well. I had the soup of the day which was delicious. Service was efficient. There’s a wide range of food and drink options. Minus 1 star for dirty cup and chipped teapot.

Lovely place, atmosphere is relaxed, love the decor. Food was ok. Had breakfast and hot chocolate. Sausage was lovely, bacon was a bit overdone for my taste, and the egg tasted odd but otherwise was nice.

I come to pato almost every day, great welcome, service, and food, my beagle loves it there too. Aiden normally serve us with such patience and smile, he is an asset for the business, and the rest of the workers are the same, thanks everyone

??? - Good vibes, and food's not bad eitherWe came here on a Friday night for a quick dinner and in hindsight it was probably not the right time to have a quiet dinner, you know, Friday night punters and all that. But besides that the place has good potential!

Been coming here for years due to good drinks, service, food and atmosphere. Every time I came in this year the drinks are of a poorer selection, presumably due to prices of buying in. This is a big chain and there is no excuse for a poor beer selection, especially when half of what they have is finished.

When we arrived we was shown to our table which was very dirty, sauce on the table , sticky table . We had to ask for the table to be wiped , the waiter wiped the sauce up and about a six inch circle NOT THE WHOLE TABLE ! We then ordered our drinks and food , the food took ages , when it did arrive the breakfasts were Luke warm and some were cold . My breakfast was sent back as all my food was cold , I waited for a replacement that took 20minutes to arrive mostly cold I sent it back and told them not to bother replacing it . On my table I had a head chef and a sous chef , both were very disappointed not only with the quantity of the food but not one person came over to our table to see if the could do anything for us or apologise for the terrible cold food that was served to us . We did rightly so get a refund for one breakfast ( big deal) . I will never go back to this restaurant again or would I recommend it anyone . If I could I would give it minus stars

Arrived for a birthday brunch table was rotten had to ask for it to be cleaned, waiter was not bothered that the table was dirty only cleaned one section. when food arrived none of the dinners were hot one was stone cold, spoke to the waiter who was very apologetic said he would sort it and it would take 5 minutes, nearly 20 mins later one of our party of 6 had to ask where it was, the staff weren't really bothered, it finally came out after about 5 mins we had nearly all finished our brunch, the plate of food in question some items were still cold, complained again but told them not to bother as the rest of us were finished. Staff said have another coffee on the house with nobody really wanted, we declined. While all this was happening one of the 'chef's' from the kitchen came out, if looks could kill we should all be dead. Not very professional from your staff! We had to ask at the bar on the way out for that breakfast to be refunded, the 'manager' asked how can he help? Surely he should know why I came back to the bar. He should of come over to the table to solve the issue, but seemed too busy chatting behind the bar. Not one member of staff seemed to care about their customers.Overall I thought the café bar was dreadful I won't be returning I definitely would not recommend it to anyone! Avoid at all costs!!

Popular cafe in Central Orpington. Pub style menu, lovely decor, friendly staff, accessible WC, but attention to detail absent, e.g. toilet paper and soap containers should have been refilled. The flat white coffee was awful, but the cappuccino ok. There was a lot of background noise caused by loud customers and echoing surfaces.Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible as we were with a friend who relues on wheelchair/ buggy.

Went for Sunday lunch, space half full but 40mins wait for food. Dirty/sticky tables , online or order at the bar .Food finally arrived but tasted mediocre at best. Really disappointingGood ambience and dog friendly makes it a good spot for dog owners but probably less competition let’s this place get away with average food and service

Had a fantastic night in the Pato Lounge last night. Lovely food, good beer and fantastic live music all contributed to a wonderful atmosphere and a really fun evening. Staff were brilliant too; very attentive and efficient and seemed to be enjoying the buzz of the place. Would highly recommend it!
