As with all premier inns. It was clean and tidy. No on site parking but you can park at the nearest multi story (Walnuts centre) breakfast as usual the 9.50 all you can eat (2 kids free). Staff friendly. Have stayed on a few separate occasions now and have never been disappointed.

We have had many stays at this hotel for an extended period due to unforeseen delays in our construction project. Highly recommended! Nicola, John and the amazing team at Premier Inn Orpington have always ensured that our needs are met. Nicola manages this hotel with exceptional professionalism and a commitment to customer service. She really cares and you know it. Our daughter received a surprise present for her birthday and it was just one example of the kindness we experienced. The Housekeeping team work hard to keep the bedrooms and bathrooms clean. We hope that Nicola will be provided with the resources this hotel needs to maintain its very high standards. Thank you to the entire team.

Stayed at Orpington Branch. I knew I was going to have anything but a peaceful stay with a business opposite that looked like a cross between a bar, takeaway, restaurant and club in one loud business bundle playing beating music outside until late. Had a room facing in this businesses direction so whatever little soundproofing there was didnt help much. 2nd night the music was playing until approximately 1am and fighting broke out on the street next to my room below me which I could also hear. Reported incident to reception next morning and was given good night sleep guarantee card. I was expecting a refund for this appalling stay and certainly didnt have a good nights sleep. I didnt pay money to try to sleep next to nightclub level sound levels or noise from fights and scenes like something out of a riot. I was told after submitting my complaint my comments are appreciated but I would not be given a refund with exemptions that apply. Customers should check these exemptions and branch reviews before booking as they pretty much exempt everything apart from a comfy bed. Premiere Inn - perhaps you should think about rewording your good nights sleep guarantee as it is misleading at best as it implies you are guaranteed a satifactory nights sleep/stay. Your exemptions should not be a method of ignoring complaints/concerns and negating subsequent compensation that should be offered for a poor experience. I want contact from head office as simply saying my feedback is expected for a poor stay is an utter joke for customer service. Im not interested in a copy and paste apology I see here on reviews as that doesnt resolve a stay experience I would not wish on anyone. You shouldnt expect customers to endure such issues without recompense. You should stop filling nearby rooms to this known issue until its resolved or refund those who complain.

This is the BEST Premier Inn I have ever stayed in and Ive stayed in quire a few over the years!! Myself and My 2 daughters escaped to here while having some building work done at home. Nicola and her Team were amazing when we arrived... 2 little gift bags with a lovely message left in our room after dinner. The food was lovely and good value! Hope to stay for another few days! The room is large, spotless and the bed is big and so comfy! Thank you from a stressed out Mum #notmissingmyhusbandssnoring :)

Premier Inn Orpington is in a good location with good parking arrangements with nearby car park. It is not far from places of interest and shops and there is a good transport network in the location including trains to London. The hotel room was clean and welcoming. The only thing to complain about really was the availability of continental breakfast options.

We were very comfortable at the Premier Inn Orpington. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly. We had the hot breakfast everyday. It was a good deal for the amount and quality of food served. It is located in the midst of shops and restaurants. Very accessible to bus transportation. Very happy with our experience!

My stay was spectacular as usual. Accommodation was as I expected. Location was within easy access to shops, restaurants and various modes of transport. Never dreamt I'd be doing this, but I always book Premier Inn whenever I visit London after relocating to Cambridgeshire 2 years ago from London. The atmosphere at the ones I've stayed at is amazing. Also, the staff are courteous and very helpful.

This hotel does exactly what you would hope for if that is a good functional room, free parking, close to shops, restaurants and bars and Orpington station.

Though not staying at the hotel - we had a group of 30 for breakfast. The hotel had arranged a buffet service due to the size of our party and had reserved an area for our party. The service was excellent. Everyone ate well and there was a continuous supply of Tea, Coffee (various types) and Juices. Children received an activity pack and also ate for free! Very good value for money. We will come again Thanks to "Nicola" and her team

We typically love this hotel's beds, but this stay was an exception. My husband now has a disability which requires a wheelchair so we booked a room with an accessible wetroom (which was fantastic). There are no family rooms available for those with disabilities and so my son and I had to stay in a separate room. Unfortunately, the bed for my husband was very low to the ground so he could not get in or out of it, so he slept in the other room with our son and I needed to get him to transfer down the hall to the disabled room to use the wetroom/toilet when needed. This was more than inconvenient. The very low bed was not the typically "good night guaranteed" bed that the hotel provides in other rooms. It was saggy, lumpy and I was in significant pain after spending 2 nights in it (or them rather, because it was two single mattresses pushed together). The construction and jack hammering in the complex where the hotel is located also went on until 1 AM. Overall, a terrible experience and sleep all around. Having said all of this, the staff is lovely and the breakfast is very good. If you're disabled though, you will not get a good night sleep.
