I got a take away from here tonight and it was lovely. The chicken was beautifully cooked with a flavoursome sauce. The staff behind the bar (man and a lady) were friendly whilst I waited. Will definitely be stopping here again. A*Parking: Can park in the spaces directly outside the restaurant.

We have had a few take away’s from The Peshwa. They are absolutely amazing at catering for vegans, they always check with the chef if they aren’t sure and phone back with any questions. On top of this, the food is delicious. My husband had the truck drivers lamb curry, and he said it was one of the best curries he’s ever had! I enjoy the Taadka Daal, Chana Masala and many other veggie/vegan dishes. They also do a vegan naan. Super yummy! Excellent food, the best I've hadina long while. Though there is a much small menu than most Indian restaurants, it's made up for in the quality of the cooking and presentation.

The Peshwa is a must-visit restaurant with a delightful atmosphere. Their Chilli Lamb is a standout dish, and their overall menu is fantastic. Friendly staff and a great dining experience make it the best in the area. Highly recommended!

Big portions of food were delivered which was great but the curries were not very spicy and we only really enjoyed the Veg Tawa Biryani and Samosa Chat. The curries were ordinary but good to have lots of veggie options.Vegetarian options: Veggie options are available for the main courses and sides. This is typical for most Indian restaurants though. The veggie curries were not very spicy and ordinary in my opinion as an Indian myself.
