We were a fairly large family group including great grandchildren. The occasion was a birthday celebration for my husband. We had been several times before and always found the owner and his staff to be very friendly and welcoming. There was a good choice of starters, mains and desserts on the menu and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. All the food was perfectly cooked, tasty and well presented. From start to finish the service we received from the owner and his staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time in a spotlessly clean environment and we were not rushed at all. I would not hesitate to recommend the Rib Shack. We'll be back for some more of their delicious food.

My Daughter booked a table for 15 for my birthday, 11 Adults and 4 Children, on a Saturday night and the place was busy. We had an amazing time, the service was very good. We have been here for several birthday meals and the food has always been first class and we have some real fussy eaters in the family. When paying the bill, the staff were apologising for issues that we were not even aware of, I didn't even realise they had been short staffed and having to deal with under the influence walk ins, as the service was so good. Well done to all the Staff, you gave fantastic service and amazing food. We will be back soon.

Ok burger....OK ribs. Nothing to "write home about it ".It would be better if we could choose the meat cooking temperature and both the ribs and burgers did not come too overdone. Unfortunately, this place gets beaten by chain restaurants in food quality. Second visit, there won't be a third

We was a party of 15 for a 60th birthday celebration and I can not fault the quality of service from the staff at the Rib Shack. From the time I telephoned to enquire to the end of the evening all the staff had been helpful and polite. The food was amazing. All guests ages from 3 years to 82 years were super happy and full with the lovely food. It all tasted delicious and was served together and piping hot which for me is always amazing. Thank you so much for making a special occasion a happy memorable one. We look forward to dining with you again.

The Ribshack Petts Wood is a fantastic location for family meals, and the staff are absolutely fantastic.What I would really recommend here is the ribs, this is their specialty but other options are great too, such as chicken burgers and the steak!
