Went with my disabled son. Intimidating staff stared at him constantly. I asked if the toilets were clean, and they told me they were the best but if I'm not happy, we can use McDonald's opposite. Half my coffee didn't make it into the cup. We dined in but were given disposable paper cups. Both staff were eating and drinking in full view of the few customers there. Worst of all, they used foul language to describe how they plan to get drunk at Christmas. We won't be going to this branch again.

I have a Costa every day. I will not be coming back to this one in a hurry. I go to Costa for a bit of peace & quiet in the early morning. Music much too loud, to the point of one staff member is so loud shouting when talking to anyone.. Maybe because of the loud music? Also came in for warmth , but they keep going & opening the door wide . Add to that they don’t know how no make a proper cappuccino . Milk not given enough time to settle. cup of coffee with skim of light froth (not cappuccino)

This is my favourite cafe in Palmers Green. From the welcoming staff to the quality drinks it is a pleasure to spend a few hours here. At the times of day that I visit the baristas usually at work (Sonila and Mihaela) always welcome me with enthusiasm and the positive atmosphere that they create is contagious. I recommend this Costa highly!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available in the form of paninis, sandwiches, cakes.Kid-friendliness: The layout makes it easy for parents with children and buggies to dine in.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is 80% level with the ground so it is not difficult for wheelchairs to access.
