I love greggs and it’s always a go-to for breakfast or lunch but they always run out of their lovely sausage rolls! It’s always same old same old when I come in and there’s no sausage rolls and have to wait fifteen mins when in a hurry. They know it’s their most popular food so why don’t they prepare more in advance? Otherwise I love the other food selection items.

the worst service I've ever seen in my life, people totally unprepared with the public. a lady who has no education, several people leaving unattended while the staff chatting and laughing. I really felt totally offended when I went to question 16 minutes of waiting, because you told me to look elsewhere

Apalling customer service from two young girls working, tgey were both picking their nails looking down whilst I gave my order. I had to check they were still open because they couldn't be any less interested in serving customers.I asked if my drink came with cream, they said yes and they didn't bother to put it on my drink.
