My family usually have a takeaway on Fridays so yesterday we decided to have KFC, so I stopped at this branch on the way home from work. I asked for a family feast and was asked if I was paying by cash or card. I said card and the woman who served me asked me to go to the cash point to get cash it only took 5 minutes. I wasn't the only customer in there and others were paying by card. I was asked to pay by cash again but other customers kept paying by card so I didn't understand what was going on. The woman who served me spoke in her language to the Manager (I had no idea what was said). At that point I said that 'I was not a thief and that this was my card'. I had no idea why I was being treated in this manner I had my work clothes on and I'm black what was it about the way that I looked that suggested that I was a criminal? After another customer said something the Manager changed his tune and I was able to pay by card. It was humilating but I didn't feel humilated at the time I was just shocked that such discriminatory practice existed in this day and age. I never told my family when I got home, it would have spoiled their meal. It spoiled mine for sure.

Had to repeat the order at least three times because the cashier kept pressing the wrong buttons on the machine. Anyway, after I ordered I asked to pay with card and she said that the card machine sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. She suggested I go to the bank next door and take out money. So I did, even though I was a bit annoyed that she didn’t tell me at the beginning. I went back and she said she had to take my order again, and that took another 10 minutes. She said she would get the order ready while I was at the bank but didn’t, so had to wait another 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Finally went home, only to find out that all the orders were wrong. I only ordered 3 things and all were wrong. Such a shame because neither I nor my mum eat pork and there was bacon in the burgers which weren’t the burgers I asked for anyway. Do not recommend. Go to the KFC 10 minutes away in Southgate, much better there.

Very poorly managed kfc.

Only 2 seats which were both occupied, so I had to take food home to eat and they forgot my drink, had to wait there an extra 10 minutes while they served other customers before getting back to me to get the drink. Really hot day and didn't even put any ice in the drink, food was good as expected.

This place is awful, the portions of their chicken are tiny, and their fries are often cold too. I got 3 piece meal, thought I was eating budgie instead of chicken. What a waste of my hard earned money!! I was still starving after eating here. Where is quality control for this restaurant?

After my mum bought a bucket 3 pieces were missing which was 33% to avoid confrontation my mum said leave it after insisting she complained the manager offered to give us 6 extra pieces which in my opinion still wasn’t adequate.

The person who served us was extremely polite, friendly and professional. She said her name was Betty, I asked because I wanted to give her recognition for her excellent service. We ordered a very large meal for a group of us and were slightly stressed because of hungry children at home waiting for food. Betty was kind and helpful and reassuring. She double checked the order when she had taken it and also again when she had completed and packed it. There was not a single missing item and the food was fresh and tasty. She is doing an exemplary job of a difficult and often thankless job and I wish more customer facing staff were even half as admirable.

Ordered 3 piece meal, thought I was getting budgie instead of chicken. Tiny!! The chips were burnt as well as cold. Most of the fries went in the bin. Too expensive for what you get at the end of the day. Not good value for money!! I won’t be back to this KFC!!

The staff are rude, including the manager. Very poor customer service skills. All of the staff have very very poor English skills. Inflexibility regarding the menu. The chicken was very dry, as if have been sittings there for longer than it should have been and the fries were hard and the portions for those fries were honestly a disgrace. I was still very hungry after eating 3 piece meal. What is going on? It really is a waste of your hard earned money. Avoid this place, as they are only after your money and do not care about the quality of the food they are serving you. Very poorly managed! Not recommended at all.

This is a small KFC but it is perfect as it is and indeed very popular . Very good serve so far. If only all fast food shops/restaurants could provide a disposable recycling machine for all their refuse containers and wrappings.

Badly managed. Get an attitude from the overseer. Better off running a farm to raise and fry my own chicken. Staff are usually ok but this is the worst KFC experience I've had.
