I had to ring up after 1hour and 20 minutes for them to tell me that it’s out for delivery. 20 mins has passed by now I rang them 5 times no answer so decided to change my phone to see if they picked up they did within 2 seconds on which he told me he had to cancel the order. If I didn’t ring up they wouldn’t have got back in touch shady people working in this papa johns

The experience of papa johns is useless we call them plenty of times and no one answers delivery was late I think this is a useless company

Nearly 2 hours waiting, shop would never answer the phone, when finally I go through they sounded as if they didn’t care. Then said they would cancel my order- waiting on a refund.

At time of my visit the gentleman on till appears to new starter been assisted by other staff member which was in English which to fear it’s sounded a bit rude hopefully I didn’t get overcharged. Pizza was ok
The pizza’s was great and the sides as well, i odered for delivery they came on time and delivered the pizza’s. The drivers are also very have a very friendly nature. Worth of odering for papa johns.

Staff and delivery guy were v polite and nice but pizza devoid of cheese, delivered cold and 20 mins after the tracker said it had been delivered, too. I mean it was edible but def not a treat.

the staff are very rude and food is bad quality for papa john may aswell go pizza hut. my food arrived freezing cold and when i called to complain the were pretending i did not order from the palmers green store i will never ever use papa johns in palmers green and the staff and manager need to be addressed regarding customer service skills. such a shame a good store is being run by such terrible staff.

So I review places alot but this has to be the place with the WORST customer service. Firstly the man (muddy) if that's his real name got my order wrong, then when I called back he told me I was wrong and hung up on me very rudely when I was trying to tell him what I actually ordered.Who ever was working here last night around 7 answering the phones is going to cost this branch alot of money, rude rude rude!

Maintaining proper hygiene, properly cooked pizza. ?? Awesome test.
