I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. To top it off, they even gave me free dips, adding to the great food with proper hygiene. I highly recommend Pizza Hut for their excellent service and delicious food.

I waited for almost 15minutes to actually tell the guy at the till that I want medium pizza. It was not busy at all only one customer, he just kept quiet staring at the screen. I thought for a moment 'is he doing deliberately' or 'is he playing an online game' just didn't make sense, he didn't even acknowledge or say why he is keeping us wait! I paid over £2 to park my car for half an hour because I thought 30 minutes is sufficient as I parked right in front. I left after 10 minutes as didn't want to argue front of my son, because my son was so looking forward to having pizza I returned he was still staring at the screen. I asked him if he is taking orders and whether we should bother waiting,. Also on their shop screen it advertises on Tuesdays buy one get one free, when I asked he said no it is not happenning. Why would you advertise if it is not true.! Not ordering again, no takeaway no delivery!

I ordered Mega feast for delivery over the phone. The delivery was right on time. Food was pipping hot and delicious. Will order from them again and definitely recommend.

This used to be my regular go to Pizza Hut. Never again. Noticed the last two occasions felt ill after eating and had issues the next day. Shrugged it off and dismissed the problem but had a suspicion regarding hygiene of staff at this branch. Anyhow weeks later went to the Pizza Hut in Mill Hill, zero issues and was on point. Following this decided to give the Pizza Hut in Palmers Green another try..some of the staff, not all are seriously in need of basic training in terms of personal hygiene. I was met at reception by someone picking away at the zit on their face, the same person without washing their hands, nor putting on any plastic gloves then thought it wise to start making my pizza..no thank you.Staff here in general have a very greased over look. The manager or supervisor is no better. It appeared at one point there was a change in the supervisor however I found his conduct to staff to be abysmal with him berating staff members in front of customers.You lost a regular, hopefully they will change for the better as the branch is in a good location.
